Our granddaughter had her first covid vaccine yesterday. Her description of her experience was “Mimi, it was epic!! It didn’t hurt one bit! The most exciting part was finally getting my vaccine. But they also gave me ……..”. She named everything she received and all the activities she did while waiting her 15 minutes. She can be a spokesperson for the kids vaccination program.
Thank you for all the activities which made them feel special. Don’t know who provided the Brahms gift card but she was on cloud nine as she loves ice cream.

Loved the nurses and nurse practitioner K. Lott. She was very empathetic with my health and did a thorough examination which included blood work. She prescribed medications for my illnesses and I have to say I feel great! Thank you to K. Lott for your caring heart ❤ I would definitely recommend going here for your medical needs.

I was having a very painful medical problem and could not afford the ER. I showed up right before closing without an appointment and was seen by a doctor who actually fixed my issue instead of just treating with pain medication. Care was great and I healed completely. I have never been to grateful in my life. Thank You FHCH

I've always had a great experience here both on the medical and dental sides. Payments are reasonable and flexible too.

Most of the staff members are very kind and helpful. They also try to work with your budget. Really not a bad place to go.

PLEASE NOTE: Dental Review is 2 Stars...Medical Review is 5 Stars...totally different experiences from this facility!!

MEDICAL:
Psychiatrist is fantastic. She listens to you, gets info from a variety of sources, and makes adjustments as needed. Very flexible with scheduling...but very high demand means wait time for the 1st appt can be long. It is worth the wait! These guys are knowledgeable and invested. Will recommend!!!

DENTAL:
Every tooth I've had filled there has cracked. One cracked within 6 weeks and had to be pulled due to a severe infection that developed.

When you make an "emergency" appointment, do not expect any actual work to be done. They will apply a temporary filling with numbing clover-stuff and make you schedule another appointment to get permanent relief.

Also, if you come to your scheduled appointment, but their equipment is not working...they do not inform you of this. They will still charge you for the appointment, but will be unable to provide the work expected (in my case, they gave me a temporary filling and a cleaning, then made me schedule another appt to get the filling they were supposed to do originally)!

Doctors and nurses are nice. They seem to truly care about you...reception staff, not so much. Despite the caring demeanor, I have been less than impressed with quality of work.

Staff was rude, pain level was high, No pain meds were prescribed after oral surgery. Later when I called about the pain after the numbing wore off. I was pretty much told to FO in so many words. ( Why didn't you go to you last dentist ?) Everyone was coughing in the dental department so get a mask or risk getting whatever it is that caused all the coughing there. In modern dental practice they use a gel to numb all the injection sites, Not just some because when they push the needle into the roof of your mouth. It's not pleasant ! Take a look at the FB page and see all the complaints and their From/copy & Paste response of "We are sorry" over and over. That's about the only thing we can agree on is that "They are sorry." And so will you be. I wanted to pay as I left . I tried to pay but they would not allow that and said I'd get a bill. Well I've yet to see the bill and the sliding scale discount. That is liable to be a bait and switch gimmick, It may have been just as cheap and better to drive the 100 miles to my last dentist. I won't know until I get the bill . Why couldn't they take payment at time of service line a normal business? Finally got the bill . The cost of a tooth extraction here was more that my last dentist and my last dentist didn't have a sliding scale. So the sliding scale is a bait and switch gimmick. If you don't believe me. Ask to see it.
