I've been a patient of CareArc for a number of years . Peggy has been my Care provider for over a year. I have nothing negative that I could say about her or Nurse Jennel . She listens to input but I trust in,fully, her decisions she makes regarding my health and my quality of life. I thank her and the staff at CareArc for always having me feel welcomed and that I'm important.

Personal, thorough and no wait! Tamara and Lori take such good care of my mom and I. The dental staff and Dr Orr were fantastic with my mom's procedure. I've come to this clinic since 2000 and am very pleased.

This was our first time seeing the dentists at CareArc and I couldn’t be more pleased. Both of my kids have ADHD and the eldest one has high anxiety as well. He normally hides behind me and wants me to answer everything. However, he immediately was okay with the hygienist who called him back as I went with his younger brother. The staff made sure to put them into 2 rooms side by side so I could be in the middle and answer as needed. My eldest answered almost all of his hygienist’s questions without pause. My youngest, who is always off in his own world, was initially very fidgety but the hygienist did an AMAZING job explaining why she was doing something before she did it and allowed him to ask his ten million questions with such patience.

I know kids in general can be exhausting, and hyperactive kids in a confined space with set rules is even more-so. But the staff here handled them with such grace and kindness, I absolutely appreciate it! Thank you all so much!

Dental cleaning, x-rays, and check up; doctor took the time to adjust one of my crowns. I like the way they do x-rays. Not uncomfortable and it's quick. Cleaning felt great.

I have had lots of work done.Everyone is very nice they take there time with me..I believe the name is Orr ..Very nice Lady I love going to her .I used to be afraid of going to the Dentist but she had made me feel very comfortable..Staff has also done a great job ..Thank you so much .

Took my husband to the dentist Dr.Orr,,, she was very friendly, efficient, and my husband was very pleased. They got him right in, and was out in less then an hour

On time clean and exceptional work done by my hygienist. She is thorough and very informative for preventive hygiene.

My daughter broke her tooth at after school clubs and we needed an emergency dentist! Dr. Orr and her assistant were beyond amazing with my daughter! We were seen quickly and they handled the situation so gently, making sure she felt comfortable from start to finish and they were able to bring that toothy smile back!

Great staff. 100% from making an appointment to see the nurse practitioner, everyone is helpful and is knowledgeable and compassionate. They have great programs to help those that are less fortunate financially. I'm so grateful and lucky to have a medical resource of this caliber. Everyone really does want to help you, God bless this medical and dental offices and God bless everyone there! This is a valuable service for any community. I'm grateful that it exists.

Fast and friendly. Always willing to help. Just wish the dental had a better program for dentures

All staff were helpful and kind. They communicated clearly and effectively. Wait time was minimal. Pleasant first experience overall.

I love coming to see Shannon. She's so nice, and has no problem listening to my issues. I have plenty. The nurses are ALWAYS polite and have a smile on their faces. Receptionists are extremely pleasant to be greeted by, and very hospitable I really enjoy my visits, even if I come out crying, it's because, I know they care. Isaac at the pharmacy is just as attentive to the needs of the patients, even if he doesn't treat them, he still does what's necessary to help them.

I started going to the dental center here almost two years last instead of the dentist office in my area and I must say......Flint Hills is the BEST! I have had him problems since I had my daughter 8 years ago and I didn't much care for the office in my area so I had not had regular visits, which obviously didn't help my condition. Since I started going to Emporia Flint Hills Community Health Center for my dentist needs I have had regular cleanings which have improved my gums a ton. I have had to get a few fillings over the last couple years and let me just tell you I HATE NEEDLES and dentist offices. The dentist is always great though at Flint Hills. Every filling I have had the doctor got my gums numb before the numbing shot so there was almost no sensation even when I got the shots. Never felt any pain at all. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences and the procedures are always quick, efficient, tidy, and painless. My cleanings are always easy and I have never had any discomfort at all and I have extra plaque every time I go thanks to genetics. The nurses are kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic also provides medical services and either side you go on you can be put on a sliding scale based on lots of different factors. Long story short I haven't had to pay almost anything for any of my visits and I never had insurance. Go here to get yourself on the road to good mouth health!
