Fast friendly service, they have helped me out twice with two different phones.one needed cleaned so it could charge the other needed a screen replacement.Customer service was great both times. Each time only took a couple of hours, and we brought them in both times at the end of the day. They had both fixed before closing time each time.And they demonstrated some very cool wireless headphones I’am thinking about buying in the future. If you have phone problems give McCoy’s a call. I went to McCoy’s Radio Shack in Emporia, KS to look at updating our LG TV that quit after 9 years. Josh was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me make the right decision. I also decided to update my LG sound bar to a new Polk sound bar with surround sound. They offered zero percent interest for 12 months through Wells Fargo, which made this purchase easier to swallow with smaller monthly payments.
I did have trouble with the first Polk system I received. The surround speakers did not work correctly, but McCoy’s was able to replicate the issues and replaced the system. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely return to McCoy’s in Emporia for my next entertainment purchase.
I would also like to add, while on the search for a TV, I came across McCoy’s Facebook page. Josh does short videos of new products or showcasing items they have in store. It was because of one of his videos that I decided to go to McCoy’s, rather than looking at Walmart or even Best Buy. Of course I checked out their websites to compare prices and McCoy’s price was competitive, plus throw in the zero percent financing, McCoy’s was my obvious choice. Thanks Josh for a great buying experience.

This place is FANTASTIC! I have a Samsung S20, and I had went to the local Verizon store to get a liquid screen protector. It did not work, I ended up with so many scratches on my screen. So I got in touch with the awesome Josh Blaisdell and inquired about the liquid glass. I'll tell you what, this stuff is literally liquid gold!! I also purchased the scratch buffer. Josh was able to buff out most of the smaller scratches and then applied the liquid glass for me. It has worked amazingly. I have dropped my phone so many times, and it hasn't had any new scratches. Not to mention I have pretty big metal earrings in my ears, that could potentially scratch my screen even more and they don't!! Totally worth the cost and absolutely worth my time!! Thank y'all so much!

I have always had a great experience when visiting McCoys Radio Shack in Emporia. During my most recent visit, Josh took the time to ask me how my last purchase was working out and had remembered exactly what I had bought. Apart from being very knowledgeable and personable, this was a nice follow up that many retail stores just don’t do. Their customer service is top-notch and the store is very well organized. I highly recommend you visit them for all your electronic needs.

Josh took great care of me! I had a broken iPhone and he got me scheduled and hooked up with a new screen and case. I dropped my phone off at 11 and it was completely replaced in less than 2 hours. I honestly thought it could not be fixed!! Thank you Josh for always being so wonderful with all of your customers. I came here because I see your FB live videos and can see how passionate you are about your store and products! A++++

Great store. They carry a lot of the things Radio Shack is know for.

I stopped by because I wasn’t sure what I needed to connect to a port on a projector I’ve never used before. So, I took picture of the port and brought my laptop in. RadioShack helped find the exact thing I needed to get it working, and at a great price! The employees were friendly and happy to help and to explain the product to me so I knew what to do.

Before checking out, I was looking around the store at all the neat stuff they had to show off. One of the employees showed off a this tiki torch Bluetooth speaker combo that I ended up buying too. I love it!

We had a broken cellular phone screen.
Took it to them for repair. They had to order the parts and what showed as in-stock ended up as back-ordered. Because of that the process took longer than originally expected, but they let us know what was going on and called to make an appointment when the parts were in hand. Everything is back together, looks good and seems to work well.

Great service and knowledge! I've been leaning towards a camera doorbell but I was unsure which brand to go with. Josh covered the pros and cons of brand and I ended up purchasing the Nest Hello. It's a great product and I love having it!

I went to Josh at RadioShack for a few things. The first on getting a quote to fix my laptop. He was up front with me about everything and vouched for his team and their qualifications. He also made sure to let me know any deals they were having on items in store when I was shopping for my fiancé’s birthday gift. I would highly recommend people go see Josh for any needs they may have in this area. He and his team at Radio Shack are honest, kind and really care about taking care of customers first, not just turning a profit like some of those bigger box businesses! Shop Local!

I'll tell you what, I was impressed with the display and set up at McCoy's Radio Shack the minute I approached the store. First I heard the music and then I saw the screen displays. Josh knows his stuff and is knowledgable and friendly whenever I ask about electronics. I ended up getting the waterproof ExoGear bluetooth speaker and have loved using it this summer. The staff is really friendly and helped me get a new phone after I broke mine. They were really fast about it too and the best part was they found a way to get me the best price for updating on short notice! Best deal ever.

Josh and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we picked out a new television. He even helped load the car and provided excellent advice about the power strip we will need. This place is a gem!

They fixed my phone screen in a timely manner and everything still works perfectly. They also had helpful suggestions for future prevention of breaking my screen; such as, liquid glass screen protector and an otterbox case.
