It was great my husband bought a truck here he said he loves it so much

Took car in for regular maintenance. Found power steering needed replacement. Found front struts needed replacement. Repairs were scheduled and fulfilled. Mechanic finally found why there was a noise in the front tires and that was fixed. What a relief to have my 20 12 Equinox back in good working condition.

Collin handled our purchase and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Steve handled our paperwork seamlessly. Great experience!

We were on the way from Iowa to Texas for sons Air Force graduation when check engine light came on..called from the interstate and they said come In..ended up being easier fix than anticipated but appreciate them helping us get back on the road..Josh was very friendly and even let our puppies wait in service waiting room..offered shuttle to rent a car place so we could rent a car should we need it for rest of drive..thanks so much

We worked with Charles over the phone and he was very helpful, informative and kept in great contact with me through the online and over the phone process; everything was in place and ready when we got there! James was amazing as our person once we arrived! He walked us through everything and delivered us to each person we needed to see and was right there when we were done. He took extra time to ensure we were educated on everything about our new car and all of our questions were answered. Great experience!

I dropped in to pick up some maintenance items for my truck. Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan at the parts counter. What a gentlemen and professional! My vehicle requires a unique kind of engine oil and he was quick to assure me he knew exactly what I was looking for. He listened to my needs, got the correct parts and was able to price match another dealer's price. Jordan demonstrated professionalism in every way and exceeded my expectations. I needed new wiper blades. I called and they told me to come out anytime. I did. They promptly replaced my window wiper blades. I think it took about 15 minutes. I always appreciate how I am treated at Longbine Auto Plaza. I can always depend on their professional work on my car. I highly recommend Longbine Auto Plaza!

On the road emergency was handled very well. Got my truck fixed and back on the road fast. Also helped me get a rental car while my truck was being fixed. First rate experience.

My truck broke down and left me stranded in emporia on the first day of vacation. With no parts for months coming because of factory back orders and no rental cars with in a 100 miles. I decided to buy a vehicle to continue on with vacation and get me back home afterwards. Definitely not ideal conditions but could have been way worse. These guys knew my situation and could have really taken advantage of that situation. They helped me call for rentals and called a tech back in to diagnose my truck to confirm my situation. They sold me a truck at a fair price. Honestly not sure I could have bought it cheaper anywhere else and did it extremely promptly. From start to finish in under 2 hours. To say this place has integrity and does business the right way is an understatement. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. If your looking for good old fashion local service and treat ya like family this is definitely the place. Thank you for everything you did for me.
