The food here is awesome! They make fresh guacamole at the table. They add as much of the ingredients that you want. The salsa is made fresh and tastes delicious, it's a hardy salsa which I like. Everything that we tried was delicious. There's a lot of seating. All the staff is very friendly. The bartenders make great drinks. This is a great little spot in emporia.

This was a great stop on the first night of vacation. Space has a very hip vibe. Great drinks, amazing food, and excellent service. If you are in the area I highly recommend a visit.

Count the memories, not the calories! It was the big dinner with best friends in the the incredible place. It’s small restaurant in Pontons opened by a young couple Bruno and Kate. This cozy place has left the best impressions! You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful desserts. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again Guys thank a lot for this amazing evening

Stopped here for lunch, never been before. They were very busy but my service was great. I asked for spicy salsa and they brought me two unique sauces that were so flavorful - loved them! Ordered a torta and it was amazing. The restroom was very clean and nice, which unfortunately is a bit surprising. Price seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend a visit!

Food is so far the most authentic we have had in Kansas and delicious. The artwork is superb and they also give a nice touch added to service with meal preparation. I brought my family here recently and they all enjoyed the food and were especially impressed with the table side preparations of guacamole! Recommend :)

We had a large group and they were very accommodating. We had excellent service and very friendly. Water and chips were topped off frequently. The food was delicious!

This place is epic. This is our first time here and we will make this a regular stop on our travels between Wichita and Kansas City. The waitress made a first appearance quickly. She got our order for drinks. We received chips and salsa and an offer for appetizers. We got a small bowl of white cheese sauce to go with the chips. Here's the deal. I don't tolerate onions and I'm a wimp with spicy food; I mean, a medium sized bag of nacho cheese Doritos starts to get too spicy for me. So, when I say that the cheese sauce barely started to be spicy, you can take that as being not as spicy as nacho cheese Doritos...and delicious. I asked the waitress what kind of a choice has no onions and no spicy. My order was "Camerones La Diabla, no onions, no spicy, with corn tortillas." My wife loves onions. She picked out something traditional and it was most delicious for her. Our plates were huge! No exaggeration, each of our plates were one foot diameter shallow bowls FILLED with food. Mine had shrimp and red sauce that was definitely not spicy at all, and tasted fabulous. I also liked that the corn tortillas were so flexible that they could be rolled up tight (for dipping in that cheese sauce) without crumbling and cracking. The food was excellent. The service was great. The place was clean with a great atmosphere. I couldn't even eat half of my dish. We had to-go boxes. I didn't have room in my stomach, but I ordered a flan dessert for each of us. That, too, tasted most delicious. The prices could have easily been doubled anywhere else. The prices were affordable. We'll be back on the next road trip. Also, I'm in a wheelchair and had no accessibility problems.

Went to new location. Food quality and presentation were excellent. I’m from Wichita and this restaurant is wonderful. Variety was superb. Service was great and the manager even helped my 100 year old uncle get out to the car in the rain. Very best Mexican restaurant!!

My son took me out for mothers day. Our waiter heard what was going on. Not only helped him thru the bill part but also told him he was doing a good thing. Of course the food was amazing.

Fantastic staff! Beautiful hostesses, handsome waiters, attractive atmosphere and delicious chili Verde burritos! Lots of good food, you'll never leave hungry! Fresh ingredients, homemade love! Prepare for parking issues....

The food here is great, and the drinks were amazing. The margarita flight, and the chocolate old fashioned are highly recommended!

Two Words: AMAZING & WELCOMING. The service, the food, the staff. EVERYTHING here is spectacular. The margaritas and cocktails are perfectly made, the chips and salsa are freshly made, but my entree was the star of the show. I didn’t get a picture because I dived right into it because it smelt delicious, which is was!!! Pamela was so sweet and attentive, she is every knowledgeable about the menu and great at conversing. I believe this establishment is family owned, which makes sense because you get that sense of family while dining here. I dined here with a friend and we both loved everything about this place . Casa Ramos is definitely a staple to Emporia. I’m drooling over the idea of having dinner here again. I can’t wait to come back.

This is definitely one of the best Mexican Restaurants we’ve ever been too! My family and I don’t live close by Emporia, so every time we drive through, we make sure to stop! Its one of those places that you can’t get out of your cravings after going! They have the best staff there, who are so patient, friendly, and have great care while taking care of you to make sure everything is just right. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing, making you feel like you really are part of the family at Casa Ramos.

Each time I order the food, I am amazed! Tonight I ordered one of my favorites, Chicken Fajitas, and it came out sizzling hot! The chicken was cooked so juicy and had amazing flavor! The onions were perfectly soft, but not mushy at all. The peppers were the best touch as well. The tortillas come in a little drawer below your fajita fillings so they stay warm the whole time you’re eating. It also came with two more plates, one with toppings so you can make the fajitas the way you like, and another with beans and rice. The amount of food I received was enough for two to three meals! And it wasn’t just my food either, my family’s meals were both just as huge when it came to portion sizes. The prices are so reasonable as is, but once you see the size of your food you’ll realize how much of a great deal you get here. For three people, we easily all got six meals out of ordering 3 entrees! So college kids, trust me when I say this place is worth it!

The staff are so nice too! They came and checked on us plenty without being too overbearing. They made sure our experience was good there before we left.

Everything was Amazing! But husbands entree was not the way he ordered it. However it was good. We can't wait to go back!!! The atmosphere was Great too!!!

The food choices for tonight were the Macho Burrito for my friend and for me it was the Chili Verde. She had a happy plate while I carried out enough for another meal. Next time we will check out more of their great food and imbibe in some adult beverages or maybe a dessert!
Restaurant was neat and clean. I really like the motif of the "bano". The wash basins are very pretty and the tile floors are classic Mexican style.
I would recommend Casa Ramos to all who enjoy authentic Mexican food and drinks!

Another small town great. Unique menu items, good food, fast friendly service. Love the paintings that are also for sale here. Never seen anything like them.

Our party of 12 got sat in about 40m. There was never an empty drink or chip basket. The salsa was very good, AND if you ask their Hot salsa they'll bring it from the back. Plus they have an even hotter one if you ask for it. The staff seemed to out number the guests, and all were friendly. Our food was good, no complaints. The place is very large and it had a Fun, vibrant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

Great food, had the crema enchiladas, delicious, rice and beans was really good. Server was attentive. Atmosphere and decor is very nice.

Big, lively atmosphere. Helpful staff. The portions are big, so plan on waddling out of there if you don't plan to ask for a box.

Great food and nice portion size. Very good atmosphere and fair prices. This has been our once a week spot for about 6 months now. I would highly recommend.
