This place is a rip off. We had taxes amended (backdated to 2018) that this company did and they never itemized. We went to someone else who was half the price and they got us thousands of dollars back in returns for all 4 years, including 2021 due to the lack of detail from this company. They never take the time to meet one on one to answer any questions people may have. The entire process (repeat clients) consists of a packet they send you in the mai, you check a box, confirm your address, send them your info and that is the end of the contact you have with them. That is until they send you their bill.

The receptionist is entirely unprofessional, rude and incompetent at her job (Abbey)
