These guys are absolutely the best! Fixed my bike and held onto it for almost a year due to some time away I had to go spend behind bars. They never charged me a dime.. unfortunately yesterday someone stole my bike which was the only transportation I had to get to work everyday 😔

Great place! I donated a bike to be fixed up and given away. And they did some adjustments and replaced the front quick release on my new ebike.

Such a friendly, welcoming environment. They always help me out and make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I am not an expert and don't know much about riding, however, everyone here makes you feel supported. Thanks for always being there to help!

Amazing customer service!! I picked up an old bike in need of repair from a garage sale and they got her all fixed up and ready to go. They also took the time to clean the bike. Ty unloaded it from my car and everything. Definitely recommend!

We are in Emporia for Unbound and I had trouble with my tires. Not only did they have exactly what I needed ( Panaracer GravelKing SK+ 700X43C) in stock, but they got them installed the same day and stayed open late to get my bike back to me. Staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Cannot recommend them more highly. BTW make sure you come to Emporia, the people are great and the gravel is lots of fun.

Freakin rad shop! Came in on a cross country trip with some reoccurring tire problems that were killing my trip. Homie hooked me up with discounts on stuff and got me new tires and tubes and even cleaned up my bike, chain, and adjusted my brakes. Offered me hot coffee too. This is what a great bike shop looks like.

Touring across America and came across some problems with my rear tire. They were great got me all taken care of an back on the road in no time at all! This is also one of coolest bicycle shops I've seen in awhile worth checking out if your in the area!

This is THE best place in emporia. The service is wonderful and friendly. They have everything needed to take care of your bike needs. I highly recommend this shop.

I recently bought a bike from High Gear as well as have had my other bike in the shop to get fixed multiple times. The staff at High Gear is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They will take the time to answer any questions that you have so that you understand the purchase you are about to make. Prices are great! I would definitely recommend purchasing a bike or having your bike worked on at High Gear to anyone.

I've been a customer to High Gear Cyclery since I bought my first mountain bike in 2008. They always provide excellent service. Matt, Stephanie and their wonderful staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm moving to Lawrence soon, but I will continue to come back to High Gear in Emporia for all my cycling needs.
