Stan did a fantastic job for us.

We agreed to have 4 rooms done with drywall repair and agreed on a price. It took around 2 months and he only came once a week, sometimes once every 2 weeks. The walls show clear signs of repair, the lines are freehanded and it shows, and all rooms were not 100%. He was starting on the last room and left it about 25% done and said "I'm done". Now I'm stuck finishing work he agreed to do. When confronted about it he said he had more than that in labor and refused to finish what he agreed to do. I guess I thought that when you agree on a price for a job, and clearly entail what all will be done, you'd expect to get exactly that, right? He told me he had 19 other jobs, was only fitting me in when it was convenient, and told me he was doing me a "favor". Now I'm 2 days out from my agent showing up and the work isn't even done. Had me waiting so long for him to work I missed out when the market was hot. Big "favor". And to think, I paid him what we agreed but didn't get what he said he'd do. If you like waiting, and paying 100% for 80% of what you are supposed to get, then he's your guy. These pictures are just a small sample.
