I'm a big fan of these guys. I didn't really ever have a relationship with an exterminator, and outside of a twice a year spraying at an old apartment, never really needed one. I'm pretty tolerant of bugs. But upon moving to a new house, we had several problem (stemming from neglect), including mice, ants and spiders. We tried Total Care a few times on a single appointment basis, then decided to go with a year contract. It has been worth it. The ants are outside, the mice are gone, and the spiders are under control. If there's a problem between scheduled sprays, they handle it fast and it's covered.
We even had them do a yard spray this year. It costs extra, but we found it to be worth it. Last year, we got eaten alive by mosquitoes and chiggers. This spring the mosquitoes started out significantly worse. After the spray, we saw almost none, and it has lasted pretty much the time between sprays (we're getting a bit more now). But the kids can play outside and we can get in the pool at dusk without getting eaten.
The techs are always polite and professional, and on time. The cost seems fair to me. The chemicals seem safe, which is a big deal as we have a toddler and a dog.
We even asked them about squirrels, but were told that because of our nut tree, they would just come back. So I would say the staff is honest and practical, as well.

Very nice couple, right on time and provided professional yet personable attitudes. They sprayed my home and I talked to them about a few concerns I had and they immediately put stuff out to help the concern with no extra cost. I will continue to use their service. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service, very friendly, very punctual and VERY cheap. The tech said that they are there to "earn" your money, not just take it. Got rid of my roaches in two trips!

I love that they use products that are safe for people and pets. I have two sons (1 & 3 yrs) and it gives me piece of mind to know that I can trust the chemicals being put down won't harm them.

Very friendly, affordable and effective! We get a bimonthly service for a cheap price and it keeps the pests away!
