The L-Cat services are courteous , friendly and fast ! I didn't have to wait very long at all . The buses are very clean , lots of leg room and also handicap excessable .

Takes forever sometimes (and I get extremely car sick)
Doesn't always take you to your direct location so u have to walk with a ton of groceries . Hate that it only rubs certain times for their stops .. but the drivers are pretty nice and it's pretty cheap with I like that . One thing Tho I wish they would allow food and drinks on the bus ( but if they make a mess they are required to clean it up) limit it to spill proof containers Tho and nothing too messy ( but allow sma snacks like chips nuts granola bars etc) but if that rider leaves a mess 3 strikes and they won't be allowed to bring food and drinks barn on the bus .

Sorry I know it's for reviews only but I added some suggestions as well

One of the drivers look me up on Facebook and proceeded to hit on me and try to convince me not to take the past that he would take me to the grocery store. I think that's a breach of ethics really. That makes you feel uncomfortable to ride the Lcat.

Very poor service from dispatch. If you call days in advance to set up a ride they tell you it's all set up then when that day comes they never show up and say they can't find anything on the computer. Even when you call that morning to confirm the same thing happens. Then if you just call the day of needing service they tell you that you should f called in advance. So frustrating when you have to be somewhere at a certain time, have no other ride, and are in a wheelchair.

Dispatch doesn't relay any messages to drivers or patrons and then certain drivers are extremely rude. I've had very nice drivers but some are just douche bags
