The Ridge of Emporia

This apartment complex has really stepped up there game in the past 4-6 months. I love going into the main office to enjoy some free coffee and good fellowship. The management women are very informative and quick to resolve any issues. The maintenance man will go above and beyond to make sure your living quarters are comfortable. I'm just really impressed with how everything is running over all. 5 stars!

Consider any reviews prior to 2011 outdated as Chapel Ridge Apartments has been under new management since that time.
Having moved several times in the last few years, we were so impressed with Dawn and her management team. We needed to move in in a hurry and they worked hard to get the townhome ready with new carpet and linoleum by the next day. We were so relieved at how clean it was, and for a rental property, in good upkeep and condition. Every repair we requested was done within a day or two. Filters were changed for us, smoke detectors checked, and pest control came regularly. Dawn is very organized and professional, and really goes the extra mile to make it feel like home and encourage the residents to keep it nice.
We rarely heard any sound from our neighbors next door. I have heard that sound from second floor to first floor can be an issue, but because we rented a two-story home this was not an issue for us.
Getting our deposit and pet deposit back couldn't have been easier. We left it clean and received every penny back in a timely manner. So impressed with the whole transaction. Highly recommend!

I have lived here at chapel ridge for over a year couldn't imagine ever leaving. The ladies in the front office are understandable, very friendly and easy to talk to. The whole staff is amazing.
I give props to the maintenance guy for going out in the freezing cold to pour ice melt so no one slips and falls.

The management staff is extremely understanding and will work with you if needed. Perfect mix between professionalism and being laid back. Apartments are a good size and maintained properly. Recommend to everyone!

Very knowledgeable when I wanted more information and came in on a Saturday to give us a tour of the apartments. Cathy is very easy to work with and very timely about getting back to you! Can't wait to move into our apartment!

Friends live there it seems like a nice clean place. It needs better maintenance people. Just my opinion.
