Went in had an amazing experience staff very friendly exam was very thorough.

They are very good and listen to what you have to say. They don't make you feel like you are occupying their time and are in a hurry to get rid of you.

No lengthy waits. Explain all tests and procedures in easy to understand language. Excellent on arranging referrals if required.

I met Jessica at the EyeDoctors location in Lawrence today. I want to give her a shout-out. She was very courteous and thoughtfully provided details for purchasing an extra pair of glasses. Please reward her for her excellent customer service :)

The EyeDoctors work well with our family of 10. We have enjoyed our yearly exams. Their equipment is state of the art. They are timely and even help us with printing out our prescriptions so we can order spare frames online. Our kids can be very tough on their eyewear.

I went in to get my husband's prescription sunglasses fixed. They were only 2 days old but I
accidentally sat on them and broke the frame. The new frame I got him had a wierd fit and we couldn't get the lenses in. The staff were super friendly. The manager Jessica is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She helped us solve the problem and made these glasses look brand new again. I am truly thankful for the amazing job she did!

I felt so bad last week when I and my boys were there for our appointments because those poor girls working were getting a really rough time from 2 separate but VERY rude customers. They were so gracious to both of them no matter how belligerent either of those people acted. Through all of that they still treated us so nicely and all 3 of us were glad to be able to treat them nice in return. We were one of the first appointments of the day and they didn’t seem to have gotten anything like that for sure when we cane in. Your girls in there are keepers. The care I get there for my whole family is the best in the area and our Doctor is so great at explaining everything in a way that is both easy to understand and also pretty interesting. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are informed about our eye issues and happy with the products we buy from there. I 100% recommend you guys to anyone. Not one single negative thing I could say about my experiences there over the years.

I was very satisfied in the overall care I received from the Staff and Doctor that did my examination. They were very thorough, and listen to my requests from my past experiences with other eye doctor facilities. Thank you, I will be returning to see Dr K and here staff.

Very friendly doctor who related well to a 6 & 10 yr old. He got the 6 yr old to do things the assistant couldn’t (or me!). Super chill with the guys and explained what he was doing so it sounded cool to them. Very helpful eye glass fitters as well. Super friendly team.

They all greet you when coming in and they are very helpful and understanding the place is clean all and everything is organized the nurse very nice and patiently understanding and the the doctor very explainedable ya'll do the greatest job keep up the good work.

Everyone was great! They worked me into the schedule quickly, got me in and out in less than an hour, and we're super friendly and welcoming. I loved Dr. Miller and was sad that he retired. But, Dr. Buller was fantastic! Couldn't have found a better replacement for sure!

All I can say is WOW. I pray I spell the front desk lady's name right, but Dayana was very kind. Was able to call and schedule my appointment with no trouble at all. Athziry who pretested me was very kind as well, she was very skilled on the equipment to where there was hardly any wait time only for waiting on the doc to come in. Dr. Boswell there, was very thorough on getting my prescription taken care of. All I can say to the very friendly staff, is a big thank you for making my experience there a great one. Definitely letting people know of their kindness and great place to get your eyes a fix. Thank you all again so much!

Great place to get everything you need for glasses and exams. The people are friendly and professional. There isn't a very long wait for your appointment. They take very good care of you.

Very friendly and efficient service. This time, I went to exchange the new frames I had chosen previously. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very helpful and made sure that I was perfectly happy with my new frames.

There are 2 locations and we went to the wrong one. The staff kindly redirected us to the appropriate location. Dr. Miller was fantastic and treated my daughter like he would his own flesh and blood. The other staff was very accommodating as well. I am confident that my daughters new prescription will be right on point. Thank you everyone!

My doctor was INCREDIBLY informative and explained everything to me in ways I could understand. She even informed me about things my previous eye doctors did not. The other staff members very incredibly friendly and helpful. Love the office and all of the staff. Every single staff member has always been nothing but the best.
