Highly recommend this store! It was my first time going there and I will be back. Very friendly people and she was so helpful. Anything I wanted to try on she found for me and knew what I was looking for. Browns shoe in emporia helps more than any other store I have been to!

I was shopping for Chacos with a friend and Nick did an excellent job helping us!! He was quick to get the exact pair we were looking for from the basement and was told us all we needed to know about Chacos and how to tighten and keep the straps working. His cheerful attitude was so refreshing! Thank you!

This place has some of the nicest employees I have ever met. I was shopping for bondi 7's and the sales person took me right to them asked if we needed anything several times. I told him I had to come from another city and told him we were going to get something to eat and he referred to many great places to eat. They also told me to check out some other places as well. They were not pushy and did not bother us as I was trying on the shoe and walking around. Would dry an hour again just for the customer service alone. Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience and all the great suggestions you offered. Amazing!!

I stopped by this store yesterday looking for new work shoes. I was so impressed by the customer service I got here that I wanted to leave a 5 star review. I think it was Mike who helped me. A bunch of customers walked in at the same time and he was able to multi task and help all of us, while staying happy, helpful, and professional. I was super impressed.

Talk about a great shopping experience! This is a really cool old school shoe shop. These guys know what they are doing, they will measure your foot and fit you with just the right shoe. They have some really cute women's boots up front. They carry SAS.

Staff was awesome! They really know their shoes and what seems to be the best for the customer's needs.

I visited Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Emporia twice this week and experienced outstanding customer service from their entire staff! They were so patient as I tried on shoe after shoe to find the best shoe for me (supination, heel slippage, two feet that aren't the same size)! I have been here quite a few time some to just look some to buy. Ryan and his staff are amazing they go above and beyond any other store I have been to. I only buy my shoes from them now and they know just what I want to see, I could not ask for better customer service.

I Don't usually get motivated enough to review businesses, but the staff was just extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they didn't have the same price mark-up that a lot of brick-and-mortar shoe stores have these days.

Aaron & his staff are the best! They excel at finding what's best for their customers. If you buy the wrong shoes it's because you ignored their advice.
