When there were unique situations (COVID-19, delayed repairs, unknown info about the home's history, etc.), she was able to work with her colleagues, the seller, and the bank to make sure everything was running smoothly. All her communication was prompt and professional, and I really feel that she represented my best interests throughout. She was able to explain the entire process and helped me step by step. Even after closing, she helped get me references for good handymen and little details that were super important. Absolutely outstanding. Made the home buying process a breeze

Not a reality group that I would particularly want doing a walk through on my property. Left our back door unlocked and our $600 glass storm door open on the front entrance which could have very easily been broken due to the Windy conditions were having. The local neighborhood kids had taken advantage of this and were found messing around on the premises.
