My wife asked for as much ranch as she could get without them getting fired. She got a LOT of ranch.

We went here on Friday for lunch. The cashier was really nice. I ordered to go, but my husband loves the garlic sauce so he asked for cups so he can take some to go, plus I wanted to grab some veggies from the bar area to add to my salad. She gave us cups, and saw that he was using his for sauce. So she was nice enough to find us some sauce packets they had of it. (for drive thru orders I'm guessing) The food was great too! I ordered a roasted turkey farmhouse salad, and the turkey they use is absolutely amazing. They use the same turkey they have for their sandwiches. You can tell that the salad is made fresh to order. The wait time wasn't very long either. Great customer service, friendly staff, and food quality!

I'll definitely come back! Your employee Chris she was on the register taking orders 4-2-2019 @ 11:50 a.m., I'd like to see her get a raise, she was excellent in taking my order and extremely nice. She deserves to be noticed!

The chicken pecan salad sandwich was delightful, tri gators as good as usual, but sure wish they had more than Coke products. Ever since Coke had a can that said "Be less white" I'm insulted & will no longer give them my hard earned money!

In Emporia KS Thursday night around 10 pm on June 7th 2017 I ordered number 10 turkey club. My order came exactly how I ordered and the sandwich was perfect. I don't usually rate or review too many places but I feel whoever made this sandwich and did the order should be recognized. Awesome job!!

Chris made my day with her very friendly personality! She is amazing! I plan on going back when I have a bad day just so she can make it better. Oh and the food was good and everything. Thanks Chris!

5 stars based solely on the customer service, i havent every been a bug fan of their food however i went through Arby's in Emporia kansas about two days ago and the woman on drive treated me like i was practically family and she had on the cutest earings i have ever seen, and when i looked inside I saw some of the staff just laughing and having a good time like they didnt hate being there. That really was the best thing i had ever seen at a fast food place.

If you're hungry and you want to walk up to the counter and be greeted by the best counter person ever to hit the Arbys Staff...you gotta go see Chris. My friend and his wife (who posted reviews here too) told me about her and i went to grab a bite to eat there and they were right...her smile on great outlook is truly contagious and i loved it. I will be back!! To the Arbys owners...you better be treating her right...shes a Rare Diamond in a world full of plain old rocks!!

We had the sliders which are full of meat! My son loves the jamocha shake too, and the jalepeno poppers are pretty good with their bronco berry dipping sauce. Drive through is pretty good pace as well. And the staff are friendly

The new sandwiches with the steak are amazing! Same goes for the Hawaiian BBQ chicken sliders. Arby's isn't our usual choice for takeout, but will be for the duration these items are on the menu!

This place is Fabulous and its Fabulous because of Chris who works the counter....no matter how bad my day has been...no matter how bad the weather is..Chris will brighten your day. Her smile and wonderful attitude is contagious and we love it!

Chris who was covering the counter is the best employee ever. Would come to this Arby's just because of her. Polite friendly knows the arby menu inside and out and makes every customer feel welcome. Would work at this Arby's just to work alongside her.

Always delicious food. Love those Jamocha shakes. Staff is courteously friendly and Professional.

The Greek gyro and mozzarella sticks were delicious.

Fresh sliced roast beef served on a warm bun. So tasty! I had the regular size, plenty of meat.

The cashier was inspiring, helpful, friendly. She actually made me glad eat there, food was good.

Always clean and friendly service. Need to get long handled spoons for their shake that are always thick.
