I was stranded on the side of the road and had my car towed to this shop and they did the most amazing job! They were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of the fact I was a traveler and gave me a fair and honest price while going above and beyond and providing the best customer service and repair. I was so impressed and I genuinely wish this shop was in my home town because I would not go anywhere else If there was. I was able to safely finish my long drive! Thank you for all you have done Big Bens Automotive!

I was driving from Oklahoma to Norrh Dakota with my kids when I heard a big bang and my wheel started grinding. Pulled over and Called, explained what happened and that we were just traveling through, he said bring it by. Mind you, this happens on a Friday night, basically all auto shops are closed on the weekends, and the first 2 places I called said they were booked and good luck, so I thought we were screwed and stuck for the weekend. we pulled up there at 450, they close at 5. He concurred it was the wheel baring, stayed open for me and my kids, ordered the part and got right to work on it. Extremely fair on price, he got us back on the road safely. Excellent! They go over and beyond for their customers than the typical mechanic. Extremely trustworthy and honest, and they can repair your car much cheaper than anyone I know in the area. If you ever feel like your mechanic may be taking advantage of you or need a second opinion, this is THE place to go!

Victor and his techs went out of their way to prioritize fixing my broken down Honda Accord so I could get home to TX with minimal delay. The other repair shops were booked a week out and would not prioritize me despite being stranded. Victor and his techs did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. The price was VERY reasonable and they did diligence to make sure the issue was completely fixed. I cannot recommend them enough. Wish there were more mechanic shops like this.

He did a good job and got my car done fast in the same day and calls when it's done. Calls me by my name. He keeps the appointments.

Unlike H&H automotive, who tells me to come back a different day after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment. And he didn't call to tell me my car wouldn't be fixed the same day, so i was carless that night.

I broke down on the highway hauling a trailer I just bought, I was 500 miles from home. I called the local Ford dealer who laughed at me when I asked if I could get it fixed today. One other local shop also told me to get lost. I called Big Ben's and they said to bring truck over and they could look at it. When I arrived the owner Victor had already ordered the part and said he was very busy but took the time to get my truck fixed once the part arrived. Victor was extremely profession and actually cared. He had a young mechanic Giovanni fix the truck. The bill was a VERY reasonable price. I was back on the road in a few hours thanks to this great mechanic shop. I wish this place was closer to me to use as my regular shop.

Love the crew here a Big Ben's they are professional and kind. They have great prices I went to get my starter change and it was a god sent price they gave me compared to the other car shop I went to as long as I'm here in emporia I'll doing business here.

Victor was pleasant to do business with. He was knowledgeable, observant, and fair. We would certainly trust Big Ben's with any future automotive needs.

If you aren't going to Big Ben's you are missing out. They were so amazing and worked with us. They went above and beyond. They say you get what you pay for and here you get more. We dropped our car off yesterday afternoon and just picked it up (needed a bunch of work all in different area of the car), it's like a brand new car. I couldnt be more proud of how well they did and how nice they were. Even changed a blinker when they noticed the bulb burnt out free of charge.

We were traveling home from Texas to WI and our check engine light went on. Victor was the only one in the shop, but he helped us and diagnosed the issue. He had other customers but took the time and got us back on the road. Even though we don't live in the area, we would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

Owner helped me two hours after closing and did everything for free. He saved me $800

I did not know anything about this place until my car broke down. The guys were very helpful and honest. Fixed my car very quickly and I am highly recommending them to all my friends!

Big Ben is always friendly and cheap! They do excellent work on a budget! As a female I usually tend to be careful of being taken advantage of when it comes to mechanics and they have always made the process as cheap and as easy as possible.

Replace engine service was precise, professional & timely, appearance you can't tell it is not original, operation it runs like brand new I am super happy with the service and employees are clean knowledgeable and courteous my recommendation over any dealership

I went to this place because it was recommended and I had a couple issues with my vehicle which turned out to be practically something very simple great service friendly people I will certainly be back my vehicle repair needs.

Had a blown engine half tore down, and the bolts everywhere. I took the truck to Mr. BIG BENS and had him throw a new long block in, ,,, him and his crew HAD IT DONE IN A DAY!! 100% IN MY BOOK. 100%!!!!
