Dr. Amanda Ruxton, DO

Dr. Ruxton proves time and time again why she is the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. She explains things in a capable way without making the patient feel dumb. She actively listens to the needs of the patient before making a diagnoses. She is compassionate, kind, and caring. She is not a drugs fix everything kind of doctor, which I also appreciate immensely.

Dr. Ruxton was late for my appointment but when it was my turn I quickly realized why. She spend as much time as needed to listen to me, ask questions and answer questions. She was very thorough and was not rushing through just to get me in and out. I appreciate her attentiveness and am excited to have a doctor who listens!
