Great service!! Great prices!!

The people who run it are good about not over charging you for their services but the master electrician is starting to make slip ups on the job, they don't charge for his mistakes if you have to call them back to come and figure it out.

I had originally asked for a quote, and they just showed up to do the work. They charged 2.5 hours of labor (took 1.5 hours) and said I have to pay the electrician to drive to my house from his last job in Olpe. I caught the installer using MY nice kitchen bar stool as a ladder for the install!
My husband and the receptionist agreed verbally to take $30 off of the bill (before hanging up on him) since we were charged an extra hour of labor, (which was $70) and we sent a check for the rest. I wrote a note to ask for a receipt when mailing the check, and after not receiving one, called to politely ask for one. She said, "WELL, YOU DIDN'T PAY IN FULL!" I reminded her that she and my husband agreed to the discount over the phone, and she said, "WELL, I LIED!" She then called ME a liar and hung up. I called back and she proceed to yell that I lied to my husband and that my first yelp review was a lie, and then hung up again. 3 hang-ups!

My review on yelp is not the first one to mention professionalism. This town is too small to treat customers this way. I usually don't post reviews, but this needs to be public.
