I just want to give the biggest shout out to Hannah Orthodontics, especially Candy who helped me tremendously. They go above and beyond to make you feel cared for, comfortable and taken care of. I’ve had the pleasure to meet both Dr Hannah’s and they are both incredibly personal and helpful. They were gentle with my daughter’s exam and made her feel welcomed. My daughter walked out of the office with a big smile and actually looks forward to going back. Just a small amount of kindness can make the biggest difference. I haven’t been to the orthodontist in over 20 years, so THANK YOU for making my experience and my daughter’s experience so great. I would recommend you to anyone!!

Excellent care from start to finish! Scheduling was easy, and each visit we never waited more than 2 minutes before my son was in the chair receiving ortho care. The staff was very friendly, doing their best to make sure my son was as comfortable as possible, even when it was unpleasant. They gave clear instructions for dental care, pallet expander and rubber bands. Thank you Hannah Orthodontics for making my smile even better!!!!

We had an awesome experience from start to finish with this office. The doctors were more than amazing, kind, and patient. Kandi especially made it worth the drive and time we spent there. This office is top notch! My daughter is finishing up her treatment soon, my son had braces, and I also had braces-all through Hannah(Emporia).
I only chose to get treatment because I was so pleased with my children’s treatment. There are a lot of areas I feel need to be boasted about. The Dr’s-first and foremost, they are the kindest individuals! The staff- all so helpful. Kandi-So kind, educated and so funny. We have been going to Hannah Orthodontics for over 10 years now. Our experience has been 5 sets of braces (so far), 3 palate expanders, 4 sets of retainers, and years worth of professional treatment and relationships gained through trust and competent care.

What can I expect if I choose Hannah Orthodontics?

Kandi Cain (yes, that’s really her name, and yes, she’s as awesome as you would think just based on said name), is the face of the local office. If you call in between appointments on a day where most of the staff is in another location, you’ll probably talk to Kandi. She has decades worth of experience in urgent treatment fixes and repairs and she can fix minor issues with your braces, retainers, or other orthodontia without having to wait to be seen during regular hours. Kandi is also the wizard behind reminder emails and notes. Forgot that it’s time for that 6 month recall check? We’ve all been there! Not to worry, Kandi will send out a reminder and get your child in when they need to be seen.

Routine appointments schedule out 6-10 weeks as a standard, but if you have issues, getting seen sooner has never been a problem for us in the 10 years we’ve been going to Hannah Orthodontics. They also offer appointments at other offices if their schedules are open sooner.

When you agree to begin treatment, they will give you a written cost summary including anything your insurance might cover. This is all inclusive, I’ve never had any surprise fees. There are payment options available and any care you get during treatment, including X-rays needed, is already accounted for in this cost summary. Your first retainers are free after finishing treatment, and the second set (if needed due to loss/breakage) is offered at a discount.

Check in for appointments is streamlined, the next 6-8 patients are listed on an iPad, so you click your name, verify check in, and then brush your teeth if needed. 9 out of 10 times, we are called back before we ever get done with this step. Once you’re back in a chair, friendly staff members provide excellent care from start to finish.

Investing in orthodontia is a huge step. It can be costly, timely, and the results are visible every single day. With this in mind, I highly recommend choosing to work with Drs. Richard and Gretter Hannah and the staff here. Every single experience, without fail, has been efficient, kind, and resulted in beautiful smiles for my children.

Friendly and professional! After a couple of different consultations with my daughter, we initially chose Hannah Orthodontics for our family because they opted for a more conservative approach to make room for a canine tooth instead of immediately recommending oral surgery (as did the other consultation). We have been extremely satisfied with our experience at Hannah Orthodontics. The staff members take the time to make connections with our children and help them feel comfortable. They explain the processes and answer all the questions our children have. We highly recommend Hannah Orthodontics!
