New to town and needed some work done on a new to me vehicle. Saw the reviews for Floyd’s and decided to give them a call. Lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and they were able to get me in rather quick. While waiting for my ride they went over my vehicle and noticed a few other things that could be addressed and quoted me a very fair price and offered to get them done the same day. Picked it up that evening and the total was even less than I had been quoted. A few days later I noticed a small issue with something they had done for me and brought it by the shop. Spoke with John who while maybe not the warmest and fuzziest guy I’ve dealt with over the years offered to make the repair and he scheduled me in for their next opening. They fixed the issue at no additional charge and had it ready for me when I got off work. A shop that stands behind their work is a rare find these days, Floyd’s went above and beyond in doing that. Much appreciated.

I’ve been going here since I moved to emporia for school. They’ve always helped me out in a pinch and the end result has always been great quality. I wish every town had a local business like this one. Great people and great work!!

Top notch body shop and Auto repair in, Emporia, Kansas.

While "custom" exhaust repair places are getting harder to find, Floyds is worth the wait. This is the second they have put on for me and the second time they got it ALL right. Last time we went radically loud with series 40 flowmasters and some 4" tips on a 03 Dodge Hemi. Never heard one sound just like it yet. That was 13 years ago. Fast forward to April of 21 and this time we went a little quieter with a magnaflow dual exhaust and some 3" rolled tips. Much quieter but you still know its there when you get on it. Couldn't have been happier both times. A bit a price difference in the 13 years, but worth it both times. Got an "over the phone" ball park figure and they nailed it within $20. Will use again when I need another. UPDATE: They stand behind their work as well. Had some hangers break and they fixed it for free. Highly reccommend.

Great guy to work with. Did an awesome job fixing the hail damage in my two vehicles. They do have some loaner cars available, but it is on a first come, first serve basis. They do work straight with your insurance when possible

Had front end repair work done from an accident. Floyd's did an excellent job. Drives better today than before the accident. We are very happy with the work done

New alternator repair. Great people, grear price! Was driving through KS, 975 more miles to go to PA, and our Chevy's battery voltage meter starting dropping and going up and down. Stopped in Emporia, there wasn't a place open on a Sunday, so we got a hotel and went to Floyd's first thing in the morning. They were super nice, fast, and helped us right away.

Traveling through Emporia my alternator died leaving me stranded at a truck stop. I called Floyd's and they were able to see me right away. After getting my battery charged by another car, I made the short drive to their shop. They installed a new alternator quickly, and for an extremely fair price. I could not have been happier with their service. They are a bunch of great guys that treat people fairly and with common sense. I would highly recommend them.
