Not Lost Brewing

I had a great experience at this little spot. I was truly blown away with the quality of beer and service. I was a bit skeptical for such a small town brewery but I have to say it was amazing. A gifted brew master to say the least, I hope this place thrives and grows into a larger space and I hope to buy it over the counter one day. I discovered Not Lost Brewing Company back around Autumn of 2019 and I instantly was hooked on the place! Not only do they serve some of the most delicious craft beers one could thirst for, but.... They also serve some of the best homemade foods in town! I've been to 9 countries, been to 42 of the 50 US States, and I have to say.. Not Lost Brewing Company has the absolute BEST Nachos in the world! I've yet to have better from anywhere else! Even if you don't wanna take a drink, you gotta try their "Beef Nachos" and its FULLY LOADED (they don't do ya like Taco Bell does with their Nacho Bell Grande)! And on the short side, they have a basic $3-$4 (Less than $5) Chips, Salsa and Queso dip which is just delicious for a quick snack!

One of my favorite kinds of Beer from Not Lost are their DELICIOUS SOUR BEERS!! Every now and then they craft up a SOUR BEER and it is always 100% amazing!! The best one they've ever released was back in 2019 and it was the Plum Sour and man. Although it's ABV was up there, I'd have a 2-4 glasses of that because it just hit the spot! They've have other sours since then that I've just been hooked on, I love sour candy and always have and sour beer just .. The shoe fits, so wear it!

Not Lost was actually the very first CRAFT BEER brewery that I've ever gone to, it was my introduction to Craft Beer because before this place came into my life.. I had no idea about the very concept of a craft beer. I always knew Budweiser, Budlight, Coors and the mainstream commercial stuff (which I never really drank much of before because I never liked those too much, they lacked character and delicious flavor). Thus, when I discovered CRAFT BEERs from Not Lost.. It changed my entire perception of Beer and introduced me to an entirely new universal variety of beer (a custom beer, so to speak)!

All-in-all, if you ever make it to Ottawa, Kansas - even if you don't like alcohol or just don't drink.. You have just have to stop in here because not only are their beers fantastic, unique and one-of-a-kind, but their food is homemade AND they have live music here and there as well as sometimes, the Ampersand Vinyl, a local pop-up style record store owned and operated by Shawn - he occasionally hosts a pop-up vinyl record store in Not Lost where he DJs for a set of hours usually in the evenings where he plays records, buys and sells records in the brewery - so not only do you get to sip on some delicious homemade craft beer and delicious food, but you also get the chance to buy some awesome vinyl records from a guy who truly knows good music!

And that's not all, sometimes they host games like Bingo!, Trivias and so much else! The seating here is very spacious, there's lots of room at the actual counter / bar itself, plus various seats and tables throughout the place as well as a couple at the window so you can enjoy your cuisine and music and watch the traffic of downtown Main go by! Not Lost is one of my favorite places to spend time when I'm in my birth town of Ottawa, Kansas just because of the services they offer. And sometimes, they even have live music from local artists (FREE OF CHARGE)!!!

What more could you really ask for? :)

Very nice little bar in the heart of downtown Ottawa Ks. Est in 2019. It has a lot of interesting flavors for beer, seltzers and cigars. I enjoyed the Guava Wheat the best. But Key Lime was a close 2nd. Definitely worth a stop. Get off the interstate people! Follow me on Jules n GGs Jaunts on FB

Wow impressive place, a fresh, great tasting brewed beer in crazy unexpected varieties, that are surprisingly awesome in flavor considering what some are made of! Great place!

Customer experience is fantastic! The folks that own/run Not Lost Brewing know what they’re talking about. They know how to help a customer and help a customer choose what is ideal for them! And not everyone is equal! The folks have a unique way of figuring out what to recommend.
Additionally, the food and atmosphere is great and casual.

Fantastic brewery! After moving here from Colorado this is one of the best breweries I have been to in Kansas. The staff is friendly and service is fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful, chill atmosphere. Amazing craft beer, specialty drinks and slushes! Lots of great food options!! They are always running a special of some sort. No greasy fried foods like at a lot of bars. They use good ingredients and even have vegetarian options!

Love Not Lost Brewing. I consider them essential to our community. I've waited my whole life for Ottawa to get a micro brew and honestly didn't think I'd live long enough to see that happen. Now that they're here I can't imagine life without them. We need to work to preserve this treasure. It offers a choice for this community that no one else does.

The staff is wonderful. My husband has several favorite brews and their pretzels are incredible!!

Went on opening day and was able to snag a seat at the bar. Tried all their beers and every single one of them was amazing! The service is great. The atmosphere was welcoming. They have Angry River BBQ, which I had in the past but not on opening day and they are fantastic as well; they even have vegan options! This place offers liquor, wine from a local winery, coffee, etc. This place knows how to cater to the public. One of the best breweries I have been to! Can't wait to go back!

Great brew house and BBQ! Perfect combination and the atmosphere is very relaxed. They have a good selection of unique beer and cocktails and more coming soon. I had the BBQ corned beef burnt ends on St. Patty's and it was out of this world.

Great beer and amazing BBQ! This place is a must if you live around the Ottawa area or are just visiting. Owners and staff are polite and friendly. The beer selection is diverse and the beer is some of the best made around, Dusty and Melody know what they're doing.

My friends and I love heading to Not Lost on the weekend, great ambience and delicious brewed beer. You would expect something this classy to be in a large metropolitan area, Ottawa is lucky to have Not Lost in the heart of the downtown. Thanks for the good brews,

UPDATE: Spent last Saturday evening at Not Lost and had a great time! You MUST have the kolsh! This is a really nice location with a great vibe. Very friendly people and the service is awesome. Don't roll through/past Ottawa without stopping here. Great beer and great food! Really enjoyed the friendliness of the owners and how much they enjoy serving! They ran out of a couple of their smaller batches but were prepared with similar options from other breweries. Which was really interesting and something unique.

They have great beer and an awesome atmosphere! The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly, as well. They have several drink options for folks who don’t enjoy beer and are kid friendly too. The bbq food truck is a great addition. They have great merch, so stock up. Highly recommend this place!

This place is great! I'm not super fond of the rotating menu, but I get the novelty of it. My husband loves trying new things (while I do not 😅) and really enjoys it. Love the new 4 packs.

Great beer brewed in small batches. The BBQ is delicious. Try the brisket, Idaho nachos, or street tacos. You can't go wrong with any of them and all the beers are worth trying too. We love the Belgium single and ESB. There was mead on the guest recently which was really good too!

The only brewery in Ottawa, Kansas, so of course I had to stop here. For those keeping count, this is brewery 1134 on my list. Cheers
