Walmart Supercenter

JR asked me if I needed help and looked up my item and walked me to it. I live in Paola and no one there has ever asked me if I need help! Kimberly was a great cashier and Wendy even loaded my cart! Way to go Ottawa! Great customer service ❤

I prefer this location over the one north of here on 59.
Granted, a bit smaller. But never had any issues. Friendly staff. And always have what I come for.

I love that we have a super center Wal Mart! Very convenient

Very friendly people, if you find an associate that is nearby, they are very willing to help you. I was greeted by every associate I walked by and was asked how my day was. I usually dread going to Walmart in the state I currently reside in, but I'll definitely always come back to this walmart when I'm back here at home in Kansas.

Always trying to help me whether I ask or not good friendly service could do with a better inventory but that's not the stores fault corporate needs to evaluate why Iola has to refer customers to Chanute

Truck parking available here, not like Olathe Ks walmart that tow or boot truck who park there to shop or break

The staff here are more friendly than other Walmart stores. The store is clean, pretty decently stocked regularly. It has a good variety of items.

On june 10th, 2023 I needed help printing off photos from my phone but my phone was too old to connect with the kiosk so Marcus was working and helped me. He went above and beyond to find another way to print photos of my mom. She had just passed on the 9th. He was compassionate and gave me the time even though he was pulled in many directions by other customers needing help. He kept coming back to help me and we got it accomplished. Bless you Marcus. I just wanted to give him a big hug. I'm am very grateful for your help and will always remember your expertise and compassion. Thank You!!!!!

I enjoy doing the online ordering and how the staff bring it to my vehicle. They are always polite and courteous. I just wish there were more human operated check out lanes inside

Fast easy and the worker's are always kind. And let you know about substitutions when they come to your window.

Real nice employees they let you park your 18 Wheeler and there's plenty of eating spots and a luvs truckstop right down the street

This Walmart must be managed well because twice I was approached by employees wanting to help me.

One young man (employee) in the electronics department noticed my Navy Hat and shook my hand, and thanked me for my service to our country. This reflects well on him and his upbringing. Thank you for making me feel welcome
