I absolutely LOVE this store! Best customer service ever! Jesse is the most caring person who continues to be there for you, long after the sale. I recently had some issues with getting my replacement phone set up and called him. He sat down with me and got everything working accordingly ( this was after spending over three hours on the phone with Verizon. Although their Tech Support lady was very kind and did all she could, and finally recommending I visit one of their physical locations as she wasn't able to resolve the issue).
I knew that the best outcome would be to contact Jesse and he was super! I do hope someday this young man will be recognized as a valuable asset and is rewarded for his outstanding commitment to his customers. A true asset.

Kit in Ottawa Ks was the most amazing wonderful most helpful person he was very patient and kind. He made sure I was taken care of and fixed all the problems that happened throughout the process with professional understanding and was so knowledgeable of all problems. I recommend if you are needing a phone or help with any issues you come to Kit

I was referred to Kit from my son to set up a new phone, landline and internet. Kit was so easy to work with and the best cell phone salesman that actually knows his job and how to do it. You can trust what he says, and he will make himself available for you at anytime 😊 Go in and meet with him-you won't regret it!

Hayden was amazing with helping us pick out phones. He made sure to help us set everything up as well. He also got us a great deal on our phones. Very happy with the service in this store.

Colton and the gang took great care of us. They explained we had an incredible trade in value on our old phones and helped set up our new phones. And, they were really cool about our little kids being goofy in the store. I recommend them over a regular Verizon store in the KC area any day because they always have time for their customers.

He’s been exceptionally professional and patient each time, taking the time to explain our options, setting up the phone and transferring data, and even saving us quite a bit on our monthly plan payment. We really appreciate his customer service and will definitely recommend this store to others.

I’ve never left a Google review before but I was so pleased with my visit I had to do so! I went into the store about 2 weeks ago with some issues I truly didn’t think could be fixed and Apple seemed to agree with me. I had the PLEASURE of having Isaac help me and I’m so thankful. I was completely locked out of my phone, not knowing passwords (because they are saved on my phone), and more. After spending some time with Isaac and A LOT of troubleshooting, EVERYTHING ended up working out. Isaac was nice, patient, and did everything he could to help me and in the end fixed all of the issues. I couldn’t recommend him or the Verizon store more!

Kit Irvin was extremely helpful, found ways to lower our account with discounts we weren’t taking advantage of, and knowledgeable.

Hayden was a great help in helping me upgrade my old iPhone, and making sure I didn’t lose my old voicemails and photos.

My experience with Marcus Marmon during my service switch was AWESOME! He had to switch 3 phones for me. I am somewhat technically challenged and asked Marcus to help do the phone data transfers. He was extremely helpful and informative. We had issues with one of the phones activating and Marcus handled that situation as well. He knows what he is doing, explained what would happen if we switched carriers, and was just generally a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and personable! Totally enjoyed working with him!

Visited the store regarding my screen protector. They quickly explained a new solution called liquid glass. Love the phone and the service at this store is super fantastic! Especially Ashley. She asked if I had any other issues, which I did mention something I didn't like about the phone and she quickly showed me how to change the "expression's" and wahlah! So happy! Thank you Ashley. You were awesome! Love Verizon!! and the service every time I go to this Ottawa store!!!

Today we worked with a terrific young man and I believe his name was Mick. He was very helpful and was super knowledgeable about helping us get a new plan and upgrading my phone. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us in helping me set up my new phone. The professionalism and respect in this store is the number one reason I am a repeat customer. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. I am very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend this location and Verizon!

Marcus is a wonderful sales rep!!! He was very clear on the best plan to have that would accommodate my needs and getting me a great deal. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

I had a really great experience at this store. Devin was a fantastic consultant. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He answered all my questions and helped me figure out what phone to buy. He even came in on his day off, that's how dedicated he is. Would recommend him and that store again.
