I have lived in Ottawa for several years now but have only visited the post office a handful of times, although each time my business has been handled promptly, professionally, and with courtesy. I dropped off a package and used the passport application service. Everything went as smooth as anyone could have asked for. All the postal workers seemed to be on task doing what they were supposed to be doing. Thank you, Ottawa USPS workers. 🙏

My nephew is stationed in Japan so I send stuff periodically. Due to it being international it requires additional paperwork. Tim has always been great about helping with it. It does take a bit of his time, but he is always positive and helpful.

Did not receive my package. I left a message with the number provided. They called me back and delivered it to the wrong address. They called and said they will pick it up and deliver it tomorrow! I appreciate it!

They need a second person to help check out people when they are busy.

The hours on this site as well as other sites are incorrect. They are not open until 5pm M-F. They're open until about 4:20pm though the door says 4:30pm.

I ordered something 8 days ago, and it said on the Kohls app that it would be here from October 9th-17th. Usually stuff comes in either the first or second day within the time limit. It’s October 13th. I’ve had to wait 4 more extra days for it. It says it will be here today And yet I don’t see it yet at 3:32 in the afternoon. So I think 2 stars is what this rating deserves

I'm a former USPO carrier. My complaint with the Ottawa Ks Post Office is that either it's not being taught or passed on, that when leaving parcels, if there is a porch OR enclosed porch, open the door and set it inside out of the weather and for security. New carriers are lazy. Try the door. Look in the door window.

Been calling and calling off and on all morning long as no one ever picks up my call. I had a package that supposedly got delivered yesterday as it shows "delivered at unit" at 3:17pm yet no package is in there. I'm sorry but I can't physically go into the post office as I work 6am-430pm Absolutely ridiculous!!

Absolutely the worst USPS in the state, and that says a lot. Anytime I have a package end up here it always gets delayed. I really wish it was different but it's been this way for years. Start from the top and work your way down removing the problems along the way.
