I love Triad!!!! Not only do I love the things I get there I love the people. All very kind and helpful. The delivery guys are super nice and helpful also. I recomend Triad!!!

Needed a fridge on Saturday and walked in the store where I met Dixie! She was amazing at explaining and showing the different styles, she got me all set up and when it was delivered the drivers were even more helpful showing me how to replace a water filter, controls, water line hookups etc. They were polite, knowledgeable, and even went over the paperwork so I would know what to pay. When it comes to acquiring furniture, appliances etc and good services....Triad is the way to go!!!!

Triad is awesome! They have such friendly non pushy staff and I like that! They are very helpful and want you to succeed in owning. The best part is I don't have to leave my home to mail a payment ...you can call right over the phone. Tara is so sweet and helpful and the guys they love to joke around and are amazing too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I will always go back to triad leasing in ottawa they have always been great! I wanted to order a brand new couch from the website and they got the one I wanted with the tags and plastic still on it. There was a freak mess up with the ashley furniture website had a mix up and said the couch I wanted was out of stock so we waited and then said they discontinued and through all the mix ups they got me the right couch delt with all the problems and kept me in the loop the whole time I am very satisfied and I will always go back there when I need something they are so amazing! Everybody is so friendly and helpful!!!

They are the best place in town to rent from. They will not do you wrong. I tell every one to come here and rent from them and not the other place like RAC that will screw you over. The hole staff is here to help you find the right thing to fit your needs. So please come on down and see them.
