In this instance, I received services from Ream LLC about six months ago for my patent. I called this law firm to ask for some advice, unfortunately they do not provide the services I needed. However the receptionist was kind, polite and still let me speak Mr. Ream where he listened to me, gave his opinion and then gave me a phone number of somebody else who can help.
