Crook's have put in two new floors for us recently and we couldn't be more pleased! They've done a great job!

Had never been here before. They have a lot to select from. And if they don't have are willing to order what you want. They were very nice and helpful. Will be going back there again .

In and out, and left no mess ! Beautiful job and they beat out the box stores in quality and price !! Thanks guys !!!

Unethical, does not honor price quote, does not even show up to do the repair work, will not answer nor return phone messages. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

I set up a sub floor repaid date on 3/9/21. Earliest they could come was 4/19/21. I called 1 and 2 weeks prior to 4/19 to confirm they were still able to come on the 19th, and was told they would be here by 9 am. At 930 I started calling to find out when they would be her. I called 3 times before someone finally called me back around 1030.

Then I was informed since they were not installing the new floor just the sub floor that the price would be higher than my quote. I had gotten a separate quote for the sub floor. When I asked how much more she could not tell me. She also told me the repair men were still on another job and would be latter in the day to arrive. She was supposed to call me back with a quote. At 1130 I called again and was told she had not been about to talk with him ( I dont know who him was) and therefore could not tell me the new price. I then keep trying to call the rest of the day and only 1 time was my call answered. I got someone else and was told they would call me back. Needless to say no one ever called me back and no one showed up to do the repair work.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They did not want to honor the quote they gave me. Never said anything about a higher price either of the 2 times I talked with them prior to the date. The lady even told me on the 19th when she let me know the price was going to be higher that she just never got around to calling me. This is unacceptable. I hope everyone reads this and heads my advice and do not use this company.
