Starbucks

Ottawa Starbucks is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down. My order is always right and If it’s not, they have no problem remaking it. They are all so kind and passionate about working there. I appreciate each of their great customer service especially Brian. Thanks for all you guys do!

Went through the drive-thru that was like three or four cars ahead of me and it was a very short wait pulled up the window tapped my car selected the tip got my drink and I left well that in a couple sandwiches but overall it was a wonderful service.

Drinks and food are always fantastic and the batistas always have a smile on their face and it just brightens my day!

My coffee is great and the same every time. But the service is by far the best, most friendly, you will ever come by. I also use the indoor space frequently for small meetings.

The staff is amazing they know me by name, and exactly what I get every day!!!

Absolutely wonderful everytime! Very fast through the drive thru and very comfortable inside. Love the drinks every time and the baristas are always very helpdul.

Was just there literally the guy for drive though 10/10 so nice my drink was made perfect chef kiss 🤌

The staff here is phenomenal and they provide amazing service. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, great to work or visit in.
