Being able to get into see the pediatrician same day, is so wonderful. The staff, especially Nurse Kaleigh and Dr. Koster, are always so wonderful and helpful. They cheer on my kids during their well visits, are always available to answer questions, are quick with med refills, I get an appointment summary right after I leave, and we always leave happy!

I would not recommend using urgent care clinic. They are very nice but they sent me to the Emergency Room to do a simple x-ray on non-emergency injury. This means you are back to ER waiting for hours because you are not an emergency patient (the entire point of having urgent care is to avoid wasting resources at the ER). Never got the x-ray, still have to go to Lawrence or Olathe to get medical care. Don't waste time. As always, Lawrence or Johnson County is just 30 minutes away and have competent medical care.

I’m giving one star cause the front staff are very nice and get you checked in fast! But other than that I will NOT recommend anyone to come here for a pediatrician! My son was sick with a double ear infection was told to come back couple days later for a checkup, he comes in with THE WORST attitude and says that my sons ears were fine didn’t check for nothing else and prescribed a nasal spray! Switched pediatricians and he said he had STREP, pus build up in his tonsils, they are swollen, and liquid in his ears!!! He did not do his job WHAT SO EVER! Count your days you will NOT be my kid’s pediatrician anymore, and I hope karma comes back because you could’ve prevented strep in my 4 year old! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Such a HORRIBLE experience! If you have an attitude because you have to see us a lot because you’re not doing YOUR JOB you shouldn’t be a pediatrician in the first place!!!

I only give it 1 star because the check in staff & the nurse I encountered were kind to me. The parking lot is tiny & crowded. If you don't come from the correct direction then you drive backwards in the tiny place. The waiting lobby is still quite small. They only have 2 restrooms right now instead of multiple. The neurologist I saw was the absolute worst experience I've had in the medical field, & I used to work in a medical setting. I am not the only one who has experienced the most rude encounter by the same doctor so it's not age, gender, or disability discrimination it's just outright rude & you're lucky to get 1 sentence out of your mouth. I will never return or tell anyone to get referred there.

I have waited 3 months on a refund on my bill that was supposed to been sent 2 weeks ago AdventHealth sucks they have a 3 good drs

Who ever built the building should have realized that an entrance needs more room let alone if a fire happened people would be packed like sardines in the waiting area
