Just completed 6 new crowns and I couldn't be happier. Dr Desch and her staff worked very diligently over several appts to ensure that my crowns were done and done properly. I cant thank them enough. If youre looking for a dentist, look no further. Custom dental is the place to be.

The ladies at Custom Dental are so very helpful, kind and caring. Dr. Desch is a wonderful and very caring dentist. She is very good to explain each step as she is working on my teeth. I like her sense of humor as well. Lol! I love Custom Dental! 💞

Outstanding care provide at every point of my visit. I had been hesitant to change my dentist of 20 years and I am so happy I made the leap. Dr. Desch was a warm and caring provider.

As a new patient I expected to have to wait several months to get in, but I was able to get scheduled in less than a month. The staff were all very friendly, no waiting time, services were thorough and professional while still giving a friendly customer and patient experience, and the ambiance was positive and natural. I've found my new dental home and highly recommend Custom Dental!

The whole experience was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and caring. I told Dr. Desch she was a miracle worker when she was finished with me! I honestly didn’t know what I was going to do because my front tooth broke off and I had some small chips in the teeth next to it? She offered several options and was very understanding of the situation of me just losing my job due to Covid19, which meant no insurance at the time! She worked on my teeth like an artist and I had a big smile when I left....thank you thank you! I highly recommend to everyone!

Finally found a dentist office I can actually say I enjoy being in! The best Dr and staff, atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I dont have any anxiety about going back to this one.

Let me just say I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I knew when I walked in that I had found an awesome group of people! Everyone in that office was very professional and so kind! Dr. Desch is phenomenal! I highly recommend them! Thank you Custom Dental for making my visit so comfortable!

Dr. Desch is great and so is her team that is there working along side her. I am always taken care of right away. If you go in for a cleaning they do a great job of making sure that your dental health is top notch. If you have a dental procedure done they make sure that you are conformable with no pain. I have seen many Dentist and she is by far the B E S T!

Today I had surgery at Oral Surgeons office and none of it could have been done without Custom Dental!!! The staff and dr Desch are amazing! My smile is sore but my teeth are beautiful...I recommend this office hands down! I praise god for Custom Dental being a blessing to Ottawa and ME😇😇😇 THANK YOU.

I highly recommend Custom Dental. For the past couple of weeks I had this one tooth that was sore and I was trying to get ahold of my dentist to make an appointment and they never answered their phone or called me back. So I decided to find someone local who accepted my insurance. I called Custom Dental and they got me right in. Leanne sat down right in front of me and introduced herself and I was like ,I know you, we went to school together and we were in the same class. I told her my maiden name and she remembered me. It was great to see a classmate of mine doing great. Leanne and her team did a great job. They did everything that needed to be done and now I have no more pain. I will be seeing her again to get the rest of my teeth fixed. Thank u so much.

Dr Desch is Very Knowledgeable and Answers All Your Questions and Let's You Help in your Journey on how you will go about Fixing anything you Need or Want Fixed. And Assistants are So Kind And Helpful. They All Take The Time To Make You Calm Down and Feel Comfortable, if You Are Anxious. Overhaul Great Experience For Dental Visit. I Would Recommend You Going Here and Try this Dental Office For Yourself.

I can't say enough good about this office. Not only did I have a great experience here my kids have as well. Office is clean, friendly, welcoming, and both staff and dentist are amazing!!! We have found a new home for all of our dental needs.

First off I just want to say; anyone that has a dental fear or even with high anxiety I highly recommend Custom Dental. When I was a kid I had a horrible experience and I did not go to a dentist for over 10years because it. When I walked in for first time I was scared. Everyone there was so caring and understanding my situation. There was no judgement nothing but open arms, they care about you, how to fix the issue, what they think is best for you!!! They don’t try and make you do anything or pay for anything that you don’t need. I highly recommend everyone to go to Custom Dental, honestly I won’t be going to anyone else.!!!!! 10/10

Amazing place!! The ladies that work here are so sweet and make you feel at home and comfortable!! I’ve never been this comfortable sitting in a dentist chair in my life!!! When explaining what I hated about my smile, Dr. Leanne Desch was more than helpful and understanding!!! I’m referring my parents to go here and I will be taking my boys here as well!!!!

Dr. Desch has went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very professional, affordable and welcoming. Love all the staff as well! During a procedure, Dr. Desch rapped an entire verse of Megan the stallion that was playing on the radio! And that’s how I knew I was in the right place lol!

This is the third dentist I have been to in the last two years and the first time I have been pleased with everyone I came in contact with. Everyone was friendly, knew what they were doing, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want.
