I was originally very nervous about doing my taxes this year but was very pleased with the service! Rebekah did an excellent job and explained things very clearly. Rebekah was very friendly and welcoming and definitely improved my experience there. Will be going back again next year!

I highly recommend working with Tami however every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful! I had some back taxes to do and this is where everyone recommended to have them done with this issue and they were right to send me here! The pricing is fair and they do everything they can to help you out! I was impress with the service and I litterally will not go anywhere else now! They gained a customer for life with us! Mrs. Jamie from the ottawa location helped me with my tax prep today she was so nice and explained everything she was doing to me. Ans she told me that it would be 24 to 48 hrs to get my advance cause of the back log so i said ok and went home a few hrs go by and i get a call from Mrs Jamie saying that their system crashed and my return did not get filed. She was very apologetic about the sotuation that progressed and said she was still in the office if i wanted to come back and re do my return and this was at 9 oclock at night so i just want to say thank u very much and u made my kids Christmas with this advance so thank u Mrs. Jamie from the ottawa kansas location
