AA Self Storage of KS

I was in need of a small storage unit and I had very little time to find one.
I contacted AA Self Storage of Kansas and although they had nothing available at the current time of need, it was only a few days later that Pollly contacted me and said that one would be available very soon.
Fortunately for me, everything worked out and my belongings could stay in Kansas while I returned back to New York State.
I must say that phone calls and texts from Polly keeping me updated on the availability and the reassurance that everything would work out were greatly appreciated.
No doubt in my mind that if I ever am in need of storage in this area again, AA Storage of Kansas will be my first choice, and it should be your first choice as well.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a self-storage unit. However, this facility is so well managed I felt it necessary to spread the word to those who may be seeking temporary storage. The owner—Polly, could easily be the role model for all other storage facilities to learn from and follow. In the 2-1/2 years of renting a unit at her facility, the grounds were always kept immaculately clean. The first day I rolled-up the door of my unit, even the walls and floor were spotless. Not once did I ever encounter any type of “shady” activity going on whenever I would stop by to grab something from my unit. I always felt that my belongings were safe. On top of that, taking care of business was both simple and relaxed as Polly is very customer-focused and friendly. Now, that’s the way a self-storage facility should operate. For anyone looking for self-storage units in Ottawa, now you know what to expect from AA Self Storage of KS.

We have rented storage units from Polly in the past and have one now. She is so nice and accommodating. We feel very confident our personal items are safe. Good communication! Highly recommended !!

So glad we chose AA Self Storage. We needed to rent space for ours sons stuff from college so we wouldn’t have to take it home to CT for summer. Staff was helpful, responsive and answered all our questions. Gave us ideas on types of locks and sent us clear info on how to find the unit. Huge help and so relieved. Polly went above and beyond in helping secure a unit in an emergency situation. She is very responsive and super sweet to deal with.

Owners are very easy to deal with and offer fully automated payment and check in services. Whenever we needed help, I got callbacks from the owners within 10 or 15 minutes. Facilities are clean and well kept.

AA Self Storage was perfect! The unit I rented was clean and ready to go the day I rented it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I would 100% recommend renting a storage unit from AA Self Storage of Ottawa. I will be re-renting this summer when I go home after the school year so I don’t have to drag my stuff back home. The location is perfect for OU students to use!

AA Self storage of KS has been great for us! Our unit is clean and dry and the area feels safe and secure. Bonus points because the owner is super sweet, communicative and easy to get ahold of!

This is the right place to go for storage!! I live in Colorado and my son goes to college in Ottawa so we didn’t need a big 6 month or 12 month lease. So I have to say I was so delighted to hear it’s month to month!! The owner and the property manager have been so helpful and personable! My son is moving things today and with in minutes! The property manager was there! I appreciate they have a good eye on the place! Also the owner called me within the 10 minutes of them being there! I gotta say the owner has been great she tried her hardest at last min for my son and I! I will be talking with her in May when school is out!

AA self storage is a great place for storage. The people at AA self storage are very nice and are willing to help you with anything that they can. We had a fire and they were one of the first to offer help if we needed a place for our belongings during the transition. Believe me that helped more than you know. I would definitely recommend them for all of your storage needs!

If you are in need of a storage unit this is the place to go! Last year my brother passed away unexpectedly. I was not only grieving his loss, but I found myself in need of a storage unit immediately to keep his personal belongings safe and secure. There were no units available anywhere in Ottawa. When I called AAA to find out if they had anything available, Mrs Johnson was so kind and helpful. She didn’t have any units that day but she put my name in a waiting list for the next available unit. She called me within a couple of days to let me know she had a unit available for me. She made the process of renting a unit so easy. I have enjoyed getting to know her over this past year. The units are clean and there is easy access. The area is lighted at night and taking care of everything online was easy and convenient. If I had questions Mrs Johnson was always available to answer them. I would highly recommend AAA storage to anyone needing a storage space! It was my pleasure doing business with them. Thanks for everything!

Mrs. Johnson and her staff are so wonderful. They are very accomodating for my daughter who is an Ottawa student. Thr prices are very reasonable and they go above and beyond to help their customers. I have and will continue to use AA for my daughter's storage needs while she is in college. Great company!!!!

This place is amazing! Polly is seriously the sweetest and will do what she can to make your experience delightful. She worked with me while she was traveling to get my account set up and then communicated through everything to help me move out of the unit. Five stars all the way around - HIGHLY recommend!

I have used AA for years, Amazing owners and staff. I have never had an issue at these units. If you have a question or an concerns they will answer or help without any hesitations. Definitely would recommend AA Storage to anyone needing big or small sizes.
