Napoli's Italian Restaurant

Our Party of three enjoyed a very nice meal. We all felt the food and service were very good. Our server did an excellent job. The food came out quickly and was very hot. I will go back again in the future.

Sarah was out waitress and she was super awesome. She came at the right times, never had to wait to order or get our bill. The bread rolls and the oil to dip them in was very good as well as the food. Lasagne and the pasta Primavera I recommend. It was out first time there and we will definitely be back!!!

This clean and inviting space, located in a strip mall styled building, is a hidden gem. We dined early in the evening, but by the time we left the place was getting pretty busy.

Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband took her recommendation for the sea bass special and was pleasantly surprised. She checked in often, kept our drinks and bread basket filled, and even remembered my request for less ice in my drinks.

The food and service are good. The bread and the dipping are delicious. This is my 3rd time eating at this restaurant. Like their minestrone soup. Last time, I ordered their sea bass dish. This time I ordered the trout and shrimp. Their dishes are still good 👍

The servers were nice. The person taking my to go order seemed like he was preoccupied. However he was friendly. The food was great as always. Whenever I'm in town I make sure to stop here for great food.

Quaint little favorite for our family that serves delicious Italian food with excellent service. A must visit if you are in this area.
We sampled the calamari and sausages for appetizers and both the dishes were on point.
Loved the chicken marsala. Dish was light and flavorful!
My husband tried the Veal Napoli. The sauce was delicious but the veal was on the slightly overcooked side.
Lasagna was another well recreated classic. All in all, a great experience for all of us. Will visit again!

My husband and I have said for years that we have wanted to get this place, but it is always so busy. Now we understand why! The best Italian food we have had in our area! We came right when they opened at 11am. Very cozy inside with big windows for a lovely atmosphere. Our server was very kind and attentive (we didn't catch his name). We will be back to try more menu items!!

I've had two great experiences here one lunch (pictured) and one dinner. Each time I visit I wish I had known about this delicious spot sooner. Can't wait to return. I can't get enough of their fresh warm bread & dipping oil. Make sure to come hungry! You will not be disappointed.

Overview: The wife and I wanted to get in one more date for lunch in before the kids were home for summer. We had never visited Napolis Italian Restaurant in Marion and decided to give it a try today. Our experience follows. A side note, we visited when it was a bit slower, around 12 pm.

Staff Experience - 5 Stars

Upon entry, we were greeted by Marissa. She ended up being our waitress, and she was awesome! Very well versed in the food options, how they were made, taste, consistency, and descriptions. The wife and I decided to go with two items that Marissa liked as favorites.

Location feel and atmosphere - 5 Stars

I like the size of the location; not massive, but enough room, and we felt cozy. The center of the location has a raised dome area with the sky painted and five or so tables for an event, and it seems—more of a private experience.

Food - 4.5 Stars

We were given fresh bread rolls that were made in-house. Fluffy, toasted to perfection on the tops, and the dipping oil ingredients gave some excellent, sun-dried zesty pop.

My wife had Chicken Napolis (Mushrooms, green onions, spinach, and garlic in a cream sauce), which made her quite happy, and she praised it highly.

I had a Ravioli Combo, which is not on the menu, which consisted of 4 kinds of ravioli Cheese, Lobster, Spinach, and Mushroom. My favorite was the Lobster, but all were amazing. I was stuffed but attempted to eat it all ;P. All that tasty goodness was in a tomato/wine sauce that was rich and delightful.

I also chose the Fresh, made by scratch tomato soup. The consistency was like a bisque, rich, and super tasty. I loved it! (I wouldn’t mind slamming some grilled cheese in it and bring back memories of the good ole days).

Seafood - 5 Stars

I find that many times in CR area the seafood isn’t fresh; I understand that with us being located where we are. However, this was not the case at Napoli's! The Shrimp were crunchy fresh (man, I have missed that), and the scallops were awesome! We will be back for more seafood in the VERY near future.

Summation. Great experience, and a little bummed out we didn't try it sooner. It's very close to where we live, and we have been missing out.

I have ordered food to go many times in the last 3 years. They are always pleasant and timely. Food is great. The dinner rolls are incredible!

As usual the food was great. Perfect atmosphere. The wait staff is well-trained and personable. Our waiter was new, but he was efficient and accurate. I had linguini Alfredo with shrimp. It was excellent, as was the Cabernet.

Excellent little local spot! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and excellent options. They make their bread in house and it was so good I could have filled up on that. Their side salad was fresh, the veggies were crispy and tasty. The Chicken Florentine was delectable and paired perfectly with their Pino Grigio. I will visit again next time in the Cedar Rapids!

What a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary a couple of weeks late. The food was phenomenal and we enjoyed everything we had! Service was great and the peas really cute! Highly recommend.

Very friendly people and great food. Needed this after the Derecho. Tasty chicken parmigiana. Came with a tomato and basil soup that I devoured before I remembered to take a pic. Mmm that was great. The sausage appetizer had a good spicy taste. Wife had the Fettuccini Modo Mio with chicken. Due to recent disaster it came with penne noodles.

Delicious food and romantic atmosphere. Our servers name was Dion. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back again!

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST Italian restaurant I've been to in 53 years! Deon was our quiet and he was the absolute BEST! Friendly, prompt, courteous and above all, VERY PROFESSIONAL! I FELT LIKE I WAS RUNNING IN A 5 STAR RESTAURANT!!! Well definitely recommend and return!

This is one of my favorite places! The food is always amazing, and service is attentive. Good selection but not overwhelming. These guys know what they're doing!

Everything was absolutely amazing oh my lord we been trying to find a different restaurant to go too since Olivia garden was going down hill I’m so glad we tried this place everything was so good fresh and the tastes were amazing we will be returning our waitress was freaking fabulous ugh the best place

Sierra is what made our meal excellent! Between the exceptional service and phenomenal food, you couldn't ask for a better place for wonderful Italian food. Hands down the BEST place for authentic Italian cuisine.
