Thank the Heavens for this store. My wife and I were just her and the wife was able to find a nice dress some pants and a couple tops with ease. Usualy she struggles to get clothing that fits just right but not at this store. The staff were amazing and friendly as they made you feel welcomed. We will definitely shop here again

I went in for my first time ever on Saturday to Lindale mall and I was so satisfied with my experience. I've been struggling to find a bra that fits and is comfortable since I had my baby as my body has changed tremendously. The girl sized me and it turns out I had just been guessing. I got the bra home and wanted to cry when I put it on! Ty! For once since my daughter was born am I comfortable and have a proper fit. I will be back, you girls are great!

Helpful associates. Great selection. If they don’t have your size they’ll order it for free delivery to your home or the store. Frequent sales and steep discounts on clearance items. Clean dressing rooms with large mirrors and fans!

They do sizing for Bras now! My body has changed a ton since having a child and frankly I had no clue what size I needed for comfort and support and was tired of buying multiple sizes, trying them on and having to return. I stopped in the store because I lived the intimate set on the mannequin in the window and the employees sweetly helped me figure out what I needed and ordered it online to be shipped to me. I ended up buying multiple items! High prices on some of thier things but they are extremely nice and empowering!

Very helpful and fiendly staff with good input on fitting and style. Torrid always has great deals and clothes but some other stores don't always have as friendly staff. We never second guess coming here.

Been coming here for years. And I've been a vip member for years. I come here monthly to shop and 90% I find something I like. I'd say most of the girls are very nice. Though some, like 2, which are new, seem to give me looks or not wish to help me... but its rare that it happens. But if I'm spending 4 figures a year here, I would hope I'm treated equal and am helped just as equal as another person.

But besides that, I have had a few instances with quality or things not fitting right. But that also rarely happens. About 90% of my closet is torrid and I still have stuff from years and years ago. Good quality products. It is a bit on the "expensive side" some may say. But I choose to shop year because I'm very picky with my style and things don't fit me right anywhere else . So happy I found this place. Staff is nice, tells you sales, helps you find stuff. Though, they finally introduced a larger section for larger plus size intimates. They didn't have much of a selection for their bigger sizes, of bras etc. But now they recently introduced torrid curve. So now I can try on stuff in the store instead of guessing online ! Super happy all and all. I recommend it here.

I live in Winterset, and had ordered online. An F4 tornado had just recently hit our small community, and was national news. Many lost their homes, and 6 people lost their lives. One of the dresses I had ordered came from this store. When I opened the package from this amazing store there was a note in it with a $50 gift card to Torrid. They had seen where I was from, and stated they hoped that myself and my family were okay, and wanted to add a little joy. I was speechless!!! If you are lucky enough to live near this store know they have wonderful caring people that work there, and they will take good care of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

We went in for my Mom for some items. Staff were very friendly, right there to help, and made the experience better. The clothing is quality here. The prices reflect the quality. A bit pricey, but well made, so worth it in the end. Would recommend.

Very nice, stylish clothes that fit really well if you have a womanly figure. Love the dressing rooms and the girls working are super cool. My daughter and I had a great experience. You get the personalized attention and service that you just can't have ordering online. We will be back!

This was the first time I've shipped at Torrid. They have really cute clothes, the staff were so friendly/helpful and they had some awesome deals today! Will definitely be back!!

I feel as tho I had to get on your web site all let you know about my experience at the Cedar Rapids Iowa location! I have lost 44 lbs and had a funeral to go to and had nothing to wear as everything is now too big on me! I had gone to 4 other stores in Cedar Rapids and they were either too busy on their phone or just didn’t care to help. I was feeling defeated and frustrated, so I decided to leave , as I walking out of Lindale mall , I walked by the Torrid store. I decided to stop in and check it out! It was 8:45 pm. The mall closes at 9pm. This beautiful soul Lauren greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me! I told her my story and how I had been at 4 other stores and how no one would help me. She told me she would be happy to help me! She went out of her way and stayed late to help me and find the correct size and the perfect outfit! She is amazing and made me feel like a valued customer! I didn’t just buy 1 outfit, I bought 3 outfits! Thanks to her , I felt confident and appreciated when I left the store! Five stars are not enough to describe my experience! Thank you Lauren for going out of your way to make me feel valued and appreciated! I definitely will make Torrid my first stop for shopping in the future!

Kelsey was a gem when I stopped in to shop for capris and shorts! I was looking for the bombshell style capris and shorts. She even checked into a couple styles and colors at other Torrid locations for me. Very helpful and friendly customer service!

I always shop the clearance racks first. Also watch the sales. Occasionally I will give in on a full priced shirt because it's awesome. I love the eclectic style options too.

I love the selection and that I don't have to go to des Moines any more. The stores has frequent sales and a clearance rack. I like that they have dressy stuff for any occasion. Last time I shipped was for a funeral I was very afraid I wouldn't find anything black in June but they are well stocked.

Love this store. The staff is always polite and helpful. If I can't find it in store they easily help with ordering it online. They are also great with fashion help and event outfits.

Torrid has everything you need for a complete outfit...foundations, shirts, pants, Jean's, dresses, sweaters, jackets, coats, accessories and shoes. I get lots of compliments whenever I wear something from Torrid. Staff is friendly and very helpful!

The staff is wonderful! Prices are kinda high but the quality is solid. One of my favorite stores.

Great clothes for larger women and has great style. A bit expensive for clothes but if you want to look nice definitely worth the stop by.

Very friendly staff and great sales for the holidays. My wife got an awrsome pair of $6 jeans!
