My first time being at Midwest Mattress & it was outstanding! Ray was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are the best especially with the sale going on. I was very impressed and it far exceeded my expectations. We looked at every mattress place in the area and none had the low prices or excellent customer service that Midwest Mattress did. I was just planning to get a top mattress only but ended up with a completely new bed from frame to complete bedding for less than most places would charge for just mattress and frame. I love that they had mattresses made in Iowa. Ray was able to help us get the best bed for us and our budget. I should have went here sooner and I know I am going back when I need another bed.

This was our first time shopping at Midwest Mattress. We were greeted the minute we walked in by Ray, she was very polite and professional. I really liked that she started at the lower priced mattresses first and gradually moved up. Ray did a great job of balancing us and another set of buyers that walked in after us. I feel their prices are slightly better than other stores. We are very happy with our experience at Midwest Mattress.

We decided it was time to look for a new bed. We started our search by visiting furniture stores and happened to see a Memorial Day sale sign at a busy intersection for Midwest Mattress. We had never stepped foot in a store solely focused on mattresses. As we entered the store, the manager, Ray greeted us warmly. She was very knowledgeable, didn’t overwhelm us with lots of information and was professional. We came back a second time the same day to try out a bed that we had it narrowed down to. She respected our approach as we weren’t ready to purchase yet. We needed some time to process all the information and compare pricing. After sleeping overnight on the decision, we realized the best quality for the price was at Midwest Mattress. Ray was patient throughout the process and not pushy at all. We really enjoyed working with her. Can’t wait to get our bed delivered.

Ray and her crew were great. They found a cheaper and better mattress for us and best of all our toddler had an absolute blast so it was totally stress free. They sold us the mattress cheaper than buy direct online too. Definitely worth checking out even if you think you already know what you want.

We worked with Alex and Ray at Midwest Mattress looking for a mattress that would fit us. We dealt with Alex first, he was very kind and not pushy at all. Had a lot of good information. A couple days later we returned. On that day Ray was working. She was very nice and we enjoyed talking to her about fishing. She was very informative too. GREAT service, GREAT products, and GREAT financing options available! The folks here were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with! We actually shopped a few other places first but didn't find what we were looking for. We decided to move on and ended up with Midwest Mattress. Just an all-around awesome experience. And they were even patient with our crazy kiddos!

I needed a new mattress so I decided to visit Midwest Mattress in east Cedar Rapids! I only had a general idea of what I wanted or needed, so I required some honest and accurate information from their sales associate!

Ray was on staff that night to assist and inform me about their many options. But first, she did a masterful job of eliciting my needs and wants in a mattress so that she could recommend proper options for me…and options within my budget!!

Jean was fantastic in assisting us to find the PERFECT new mattress for our teenage son. She directed him to the perfect fit by asking him questions about the importance of his sleep support. She also directed us to an AMAZING “Koala” pillow for those who snuggle in their sleep, we were so impressed we bought 2!!! Great place to shop, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. We had a great experience at Midwest Mattress! We stopped a few times over the course a few days while shopping for a new mattress. Ray was there each time and she was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. While we feel like we made a great choice, it’s nice to know we have a whole year to try out our mattress. We can’t wait to get our new mattress!
