Awesome friendly staff - so I bought an orange amp and a guitar from this location.

I have never been to a store that has a more welcome and inviting atmosphere than here. The staff are absolutely amazing with my kids and have formed a real bond with everyone. They treat us like family every time we go in, which is weekly for music lessons, and they even helped throw a birthday celebration for my daughter. I can not recommend this store highly enough. We drive an hour each way just to come here because of how amazing Alyssa, Alexis, Jake, and the rest of the staff are!

The instructors are very, very good with our children. They make it a pleasure to be there, especially for the kids. Everyone from the manager to our kids' instructors to all of the other instructors are 100% efficient, professional, polite and great people people. Highly recommended for youth lessons!

2-23-24 Had a full setup done on my Bass guitar. Preston did a fantastic job! Got it back all nice and polished. Looks amazing!

I went in for my first guitar purchase. They were very busy and I had 3 different people helping me. Lana stood out among the staff and made sure to explain everything, along with making sure I had everything I needed without pressuring me to purchase anything. She and everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great and friendly please. Alexis was very patient and answered all my questions about a keyboard I purchased. She listened to what I was looking for and knew a lot about it. She gathered up all the accessories that I needed. She he even help me carry them out to my truck.
She even followed up phone call to make sure we were liking the keyboard still and told me about the lessons they offer. Talk GREAT customer service!!! 🙂

Staff here is amazing, super friendly! All the teachers for lessons are also amazing at what they do!

Alexis strung my new bass with some sweet flatwounds. That doesn't REALLY cover what she did though. The amount if love and care she put in to my new instrument made the whole experience infinitely more special.

I recently had a volume issue with my newer guitar that I bought somewhere else. Bill at this location helped me diagnose what the issue was and said that he was going to ship it out for warranty work. He called me the next day and said that he got it working without having to ship it out and didn't charge me anything. This is some of the best customer service I've ever had and they have earned all my future business from this point on!

I've been here 3 times now and the customer service has been great. Took my guitar in today to get the action lowered and Bill was awesome. Got mu guitar done in a couple hours and my guitar LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT NEW. So happy with this store and can't wait for my lessons!

Tyler, Alyssa, and Cody were very helpful when I purchased an amp and a Yamaha piano last Thursday. Fun people to be around! Great music store! I'll spread the word.

My bass guitar teacher was both friendly and knowledgable

I keep coming back here because of Bill, the repair tech. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met and willing to evaluate my purchases even if they weren’t from guitar center. I have no problem paying for setups if Bill is the one doing it. Great work Bill, and management, please keep this guy happy!

Great staff that is always there to help or answer questions, but leaves you be when you don't need them. Return policy is great and they have never given me any issues returning anything. Big thanks to Derek and Christian, super nice guys that go out of their way to make me feel confident in my purchases.

Stopped to buy a gift for my son (a cowbell). Got some excellent service and suggestions and found one that should be perfect. We discussed amps for me and again got some good advice. I've never had bad service there and enjoy visiting with the employees.

This place is absolutely amazing they have over a thousand guitars. This was the first time I've ever been in this guitar Center. I was amazed by their professional staff and how much stuff they have in relationship to drums as well. The gentleman at the parts counter soldered two wires on he did it for free as long as I bought the part there. It was under five bucks. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend these guys to my relatives that my friends
