Have been going her for 10 years now. Never had any problems and doesn't charge you a alot to do your taxes.

This accountant firm has a lot of issues...among them honesty, integrity and a sense of urgency. They rarely are at the office. You contact them and have no way of confirming they received your message, nor do they get back to you. Kris was the gal that we worked with, and she would rarely return your emails/message. Additionally, she says she filed our 2020 tax return, and come to find out a year later....SHE NEVER DID!!! To make matters worst, she always reassured us that she did file the return and that it was the IRS that was backed up. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Buyer DEFINITELY Beware.

DO NOT USE EARLYWINE TAX Services in Logan, IA. She filed a different tax return than she gave me. I have tried to contact her Facebook, her shop, and left her multiple messages. She emailed once saying she would take care of it after 4 months of contacting her. She never did, I still get papers saying it has not been taken care of. The state told me she has to fix it because she is the one who filed them. I paid almost 700 to Iowa and can’t get it fixed without her....worst customer service I have ever seen!
