Our purchase experience at Woodhouse Ford in Blair, NE was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Robbie Layman did an absolutely fantastic job greeting us, showing us the vehicle we were interested in, and then following up with the sale. He was very low pressure and was more interested in our satisfaction with the vehicle than making a sale. John, the finance manager, also was very friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Robbie and Woodhouse Ford in Blair. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Mikal Coleman did an outstanding job helping me get the car that I had been looking for. He answered all of the questions that I had and stayed in contact with us until we got to the dealership. We drove in from out of state to see the car and it was exactly as he described it. Everything went smoothly and it only took a short time at the dealership to finish the paperwork and be on our way back home.

Recently purchased a 2015 F-150 with the help of Cory Blanchard. He made the process smooth while also being extremely patient and helpful with all of my questions and requests. My experience started with my best friend looking for a truck at a competitor. Woidhouses' competitor was unwilling to meet our expectations which brought us to Woodhouse.

Without haggling, our sales advisor Theo, brought back an offer for trade allowance it was more than acceptable. Andrew and I stated exactly what was wanted how much the payments needed to be and within 10 minutes we had a purchase agreement.

Anthony, the finance manager came in, went over the credit application and payment arrangements and such.

The truck was whisked away for added roll bars and to be cleaned up in detail.

I was not impressed with the pushy accessories gal I don't quite know her name and don't really care to as she was not a very friendly person, you could tell she was there to make money. A review of process on what is actually done and the process of which it is done should definitely be studied. My advice to her; don't speak un-intelligently to somebody that's been in the car business for a decade on the service side!

Upon completion of paperwork the truck was not quite done in detail. Nonetheless my friend and I went for Mexican at a near by restaurant it was very good. Once returning we exchanged handshakes thanking each other for business and the truck. Theo, our sales advisor, flagged us down as we were leaving to give us money for our lunch which was much more than expected!

Overall, the experience was much more than delightful!

These guys are great. The process from start to finish went as smooth as possible. They were more than helpful given my unique situation and came through above my expectations. If you live in the region and are shopping for a new Ford Woodhouse is worth the drive.

Steve Green was awesome and made buying my Bronco a breeze. I live in Colorado, and have never actually been to Woodhouse Ford, but honestly this was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Steve outlined the process for me, kept me up to date on how the order was going (it took several months from ordering to train to trailered delivery.) There was no full-court press on additional options, everything was very no-pressure from both Steve and Jason in finance. Delivery was awesome, it showed up on a trailer to my house, I signed a few forms and I had my car. Overall, this experience was easier than even going in and test driving some of the Broncos here in Colorado. 10/10, would definitely buy from Steve and his team again. Thanks!

The selection of vehicles is amazing compared to any other dealer and the price was unbelievable in today’s world. Tyler Chappelear is a great dude! Helped me through my 21 raptor purchase all the way from Dallas Texas. He was a man of his word through the whole process and the dealership did not charge an insane markup (during covid times). Huge selection of inventory

Woodhouse Ford was very good to work with on a new vehicle. Completed the spray in bed liner and even delivered the vehicle in a short amount of time. Previously purchased a new Lincoln from Woodhouse Lincoln with equally good experience. Would recommend Woodhouse to anyone.

Great experience nothing less than 11/10 experience especially with the help of Theo and Jordan on doing my out of state deal nothing more than phenomenal! The communication is great, the salesperson knew what he had and there team of managers are one of best I met. Can't give an opinion on the service department because I live to far away for it to be convenient. As far as sales, I was looking for a used truck. I had been searching online for a few months with no success. I went to Woodhouse one afternoon to browse. With a fairly specific idea of what I wanted as far as features and age of vehicle I found a great F-150 that has now had been my primary vehicle for 6 months. Thank you to Logan, who spent a few hours with me helping me make up my mind and indulging lots of questions. Great experience, amazing amount of selection (especially trucks).

Andy was very knowledgeable and friendly! He went above and beyond to help my daughter by her 1st car. He responded quickly and gets things done fast! He also took his time with us explaining all of the new technology and features. We were in and out and found the perfect car that day!
