Staff member, Shaela, was amazing! Tried very hard to make sure I got the cheapest plan. Now the tech and system needs major work. The switch over took forever. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with that. Highly recommend coming to this retailer if you’re a Verizon customer

Went in thinking that I was going to need a new phone, mine was water damaged. Left phone at the store for about 1 hour, came back and phone was dried out for a very small fee. Saved me hundreds of dollars. You will have my business from now on. Thank you!
