My husband and I purchased a ZL1 Camaro recently from the Missouri Valley location, we live 10 mins outside of Memphis, TN. This was my first time to purchase a vehicle from another state and one so far away but they had what my guy wanted. From the moment I called and spoke to the saleswoman Bailey, it was so easy, she made it easy, Tim in financing made it easy, Mike, a manager, helped with a small issue, handled it, and done. They went above and beyond. We had the car delivered and Jessica was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and informative, we were excited. They were all very professional, courteous, and most importantly caring and friendly, all of them. Definitely will purchase from them again in the future. Very happy in MS!

I've never been in love with the process of purchasing a new car. But, this may have been the best transaction I have ever had. Rick Kahla made the whole transaction easy and almost seamless. I was purchasing a 2023 Bolt EUV to ship to CO and I talked to plenty of dealers. Most still had a trick or two up their sleeve. Rick and Woodhouse were the exact opposite. Bought my vehicle there because i heard how good their service is. They didnt disappoint. Had engine oil leak, took to a local gm dealer and 4 days later, gave it back. Drove home and 45 minutes later, still leaking. Decided to drive back to Missouri Valley dealership, and 5 hrs later, cleaned engine compartment and washed vehicle. Joe, my service rep, went and checked every hr to keep me in the loop. Top notch. If you need a vehicle, check with Jay. Great guy, very friendly, and also came over to say hi.

5 STARS!!!!!!! Exceptional customer service and great people. We were traveling from North Carolina to Montana and had a second valve stem issue in the same day. Luckily we found Woodhouse Chevrolet. We pulled in at closing time and they stayed late and replaced the remaining 3 valve stems to make sure we didn't have anymore issues on our trip. Wish we lived closer and they would have all of my business.
