Woodhouse Chevy Service

Our experience was great! Bailey was our sales woman and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. She knew we were coming from a few hours away and had the truck we wanted to test drive ready when we got there. She also has reached out to us since we got our truck to make sure everything is going well. That is so appreciated!

Sam, the service tech was great to deal with. He did a great job of communicating and got us in and out as efficiently as could be expected. Overall it was a good experience. I have been buying a lot of vehicles from H&H for years but to be quite frank their service department sucks. When buying vehicles that makes a big difference to me. I would expect my next vehicles may be purchased from Woodhouse.

I had a concern about a bolt that I found - The Service was great. I worked with Sam, Nate, and Jack. I am very non-mechanical and they treated me with respect and made sure it was checked out quickly. Since I had a car full of groceries they even gave me a ride home.! Jack even took the time to show me how to change some of the warning notes for oil needing changed. The three guys were fantastic!!!!

Sam Blazeck worked worked hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted which isn't easy with the shortage of everything we have now. The staff was friendly and inviting, dealership was very nice and clean, the whole experience was no stress and no pressure.

Was heading to Oklahoma for Easter and had a tire go down while driving on Interstate 29. I replaced with the spare along the interstate. Stopped into woodhouse service center in Missouri Valley, and felt very welcome. It almost felt as if they were expecting me. They not only said the could patchy tire, they took it on right away without an appointment. Not only that, they did it for no charge! That's a 10/10 for Midwest hospitality in my book. It saved our day, and didn't ruin our Easter weekend! Thank you to the Team at Woodhouse service center in Missouri Valley!

No complaints, good experience on my first trip to your service. Even though your about 150 miles away I'll be coming back for what e er needs done to my tru k. Keep up with the good work.

I’m an independent contractor, I move RV’s and travel trailers from manufacture to dealerships all over the country. While trying to get home for Mother’s Day I had transfer case failure. Woodhouse treated me very fairly took care of my problem quickly. They also quoted some other issues cheaper than other shops had quoted. I ended up having them do a lot of work that my truck needed because they were less expensive. Great partner to have! See Sam in service.

I took my 2014 chevy truck in for work on the AC. I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the truck from Woodhouse Chevy. They were able to get the AC fixed under the warranty. They also did a multipoint inspection and found several other issues that they were all able to get covered under my warranty. Roughly $4,000.00 in work. Billie in the service department did a great job. I was extremely happy with the work they did and the short about of time they were able to do it all in.

Bailey was amazing! Tim in finance was great! They got me into something I could afford and I loved! They worked their hardest to make sure I was happy with everything! I’ve never left a dealership happier.

Our car buying experience at Woodhouse in Blair was great! They were all very professional and respectful of our time and needs. We never felt as if they were being pushy or overbearing.

Service was great, got me in and out. Washed my truck and everything. Tanner in service was very helpful, and the whole parts department was very fun to talk to as well. They answered a lot of my questions and I will definitely be back.

I knew exactly what car I was in to buy and Brian made sure that we went through all the current Chevy promotions and discounts I qualified for to get me the best price. Jack, my service advisor is terrific! Not only does he help me keep up with periodic maintenance, he points out things to keep an eye out for For instance, there is dirt adhering to the struts, which may indicate the beginning of a leak. we are ok so far, but I may need to replace them in the Spring.

Jack Rogers is always super nice and listens with noticeable intent to help in any way he can! I appreciate the service staff for how (I believe Doug) has explained to me his findings or plans and listened to my concerns.
