My father was there for a couple months and had the best care I could ask for! His case manager Sara was the best advocate for him that I could ever wish for and all of the staff made him feel very comforted in a very uncomfortable time. Thank you all so much!!

When I have to visit.the doctors and the nurses are all very courteous kind and knowledgeable it's kind of a home away from home feeling that eases the mind .

My recent experiences with the CHI clinic in Oakland Iowa have been top-notch. The only time that that might have varied would be if staff there relies on some other CHI entity to give them appropriate information and did not. Usually, my appointments are having blood drawn for a variety of tests. They are usually not all that serious; nevertheless, the nursing staff there have been so expert in there blood draws that I can hardly feel the needle going in. It's a testament of their skill, although many people might not see it that way.

I absolutely love this CHI. It is by far the best in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. I just moved to Missouri Valley and had some complications from the flu and had to go to the ER at CHI Missouri Valley. I'm not a huge fan of hospitals , especially in small towns. It was by far the best hospital experience ever!!! The physicians were kind and extremely knowledgeable. The nurses were caring and understanding. The best part..... No wait. They were prompt and thorough. The care I received was of the highest caliber. I have now changed my primary care physician to this CHI and have received amazing care and courtesy by all staff. They are doing something right.

This is for my husband, Clark. Always has good experience at CHI Health in Oakland with Tracy Schoening. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. They all take time to answer all of your questions.

I have always gone to this clinic. The staff is friendly and polite. Very empathetic. I see Dr. Richter and he is great. He's never in a hurry and truly does listen to me.

I'm a truck driver and was passing thru on my way home to St. Louis when I started having severe abdominal pain. This hospital was by far the BEST ER I've been too. The RN in the ER that I had was and Dr. Sangha was spot on with treatment. They got me fixed up and even arranged a ride back to the truck stop where my truck was. They went above and beyond and I'm grateful for them!

I appreciate having CHI Health Missouri Valley so close to my home. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would rather use this facility than going to the city. Thank you for taking care of us.

Dr Pagan is amazing. She listens and explains everything so I understood it. Writes it down to take home so you can reread whenever you need to. She is very kind and understanding.

I have been to CHI clinics in several states. This one is my favorite so far. Dr. Alvis and his staff are amazing. Love the great personalities.

Dr Richter is a wonderful Dr always very thorough always very knowledgeable friendly n very caring his staff is always the same as him very caring friendly n knowledgeable I live in Omaha Nebraska and he is in Missouri Valley Iowa bit because of the great dr he is n staff he has I drive the 30 minute drive to go to him n I have for many years now love him n his staff

I was referred to this hospital for an X-ray. The hospital was beautiful, staff courteous. I was in and out in minutes and had results within 2 hours. My experience was very good.
