First time I been on this pilot but not a bad experience after all. I been seeing a workaholic I read his name tag his name Dylan. When I got a shower he made sure the restroom and shower clean. When I showed up in the morning some girl name Amanda in the front being very professional and greetful with customers. #1 in any business is quality customer satisfaction and Zoey that works at night as well. Usually any pilot I go to its always one person I have to mention but on this pilot it's three great workers doing a heck of a job for pilot. Keep up the good work.

Very clean bathrooms. The store itself seems nice and the employees were nice, too. They greeted us when we came in. The store also smells okay and has a good selection of food. I was a little disappointed that I didn't see donuts, but otherwise it was a perfectly fine gas station.

After a long day on the road and lots of gross gas stations, this was a breath of fresh air. Super clean bathrooms (even had a toddler seat with straps in the handicap bathroom for moms who have to go potty with littles in tow) great snack selection, and they even had windshield washer fluid. Great stop.

My husband(truck driver)and I stopped here for his 10.The clerk was the nicest person. He was very helpful. Hate that I didn’t get his name but he was there at 4:45 am. Clean showers and bathroom!

SHOWER IS 17$ AND THERE NICE AND HOT. PLUS I WASH MY CLOTHES THERE AND THAT DRYER IS AMAZING IT DRY FATSER THEN YOU THINK YOU REALLY DONT NEED THE WHOLE 45 MIN

We have a motorhome and this was by far the best place to stop for gas we’ve been to in years. This location has two separate, long gas lanes for motor homes, making it easier to get in and out. Not only does it have a long-handled squeegee to clean the windshield but the bucket has cleaning fluid in it - not just plain water.

I have never had a bad experience here. Clean restrooms, friendly staff, good location and plenty of parking. My family and I always stop here when we are on a road trip. The pizza and wings are delicious 😋

Read the reviews and got a little nervous about going in. But, the coffee was available and fresh. Later went in to use the bathroom. Very clean. The cashiers seem to connect with their customers. The lot isn't that close to the road so slept well in the lot. Also lots of room for expedite vans and camper trailers. I'd have to say as an expedite driver who likes and sometimes depends on coffee, I appreciated that it was fresh tasting most of all!

I'm so happy that I came here. The ladies working tonight (11/21/19) were absolutely wonderful. My experience here was great and I will definitely be back. Great job ladies. I wish all truck stops had employees like you two.

Sorry didn't get a pictures great staff though. A young African American young lady with blond hair was really really nice great smile great personality great customer service. Flying J travel center is the biggest gas station in USA I love it when I’m inside buying something special Coffee

I love flying js but this one is the best. They have tons of cool stuff and really great food. The best part is a toss up between their bathrooms always being so nice n clean and the always always super sweet staff.

Their employees is very respectful, professional, and kind. Their baked chicken and pot roast is greeat! It is also, full filling. U will not have room for anything else. They GIVE U a plate that will feel any hungry Man or Woman😊😏

Clean store, immaculately clean bathroom. Plenty of parking, hot food and coffee, as well as a drivers lounge and roomy, relaxing hot showers. You can also do your laundry while you relax in a massage chair in front of the t.v. . Eat a slice of hot pizza or a burrito, fried chicken or a cold sandwich, unlimited cold beverages both bottled and fountains. Plenty of free truck parking as well.

I had an issue with a new employee, asked for the manager who took care of my issue. More importantly, he didn't take punitive action against the employee, he will ensure that she is properly trained. That's good management👍

Great travel oasis for interstate driving. Always seem to have clean facilities, and reasonable prices for fuel and provisions. The coffee tends to be a bit better in Flying Js than most chain truck stops - therefore usually my go-to. The frequent flyer card saves you 3cents a gallon as well!

Probably the lowest price around Waterloo. As at the intersection with busy traffic, patience is needed.

We use this truck stop every time we deliver in Waterloo. We love that we can stretch our legs a bit on the road beside it.
