I dropped my phone at 6:50. I called Jackson immediately and asked if he could stay open a little late to repair my phone. He checked to ensure they had my screen in stock and said he would wait. We got there at 7:06. He was gracious and had my phone repaired and returned to me by 7:20. I apologized for making him work late and thanked him several times. He said he was glad to do it as long as the part he needed was there. I highly recommend Elite Mobile and Jackson as a repair tech.

I went to Elite Mobile to get a new battery for my phone. Edis was amazing!! Not only did he replace my battery in a timely manner but he also assisted me with transferring my information from my temporary phone back to my original phone!! He was extremely patient and made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Elite Mobile due to their exceptional customer service!! Thank you for you help Edis!!

I went to Elite Mobile to fix my Iphone’s charging port and get a battery change and Edis helped us quickly. He did some checking with my charging port and shared that the port was just dirty, and not broken. He cleaned it out for free, and also cleaned out my speaker ports as well. The battery change took less than 45 minutes. Edis was very nice and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I am happy with the service and will be back in the future.

I have been coming to Edis for over 10 years for all repairs, and I have never came in with a problem that they weren’t able to promptly fix. They also always have plenty of accessories in stock whenever I need a case, charger, etc. By far the best place in town.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new TV, but I also remembered that I needed to have my phone checked out. So, I decided to stop by Geek Squad to inquire about the cost of replacing the camera lens on my iPhone 14. They quoted me a price of $215, plus tax. However, I politely declined their offer and instead went to Elite Mobile. To my surprise, the folks at Elite Mobile charged me only $35, and their customer service was truly exceptional. Had phone initially repaired by Jackson and there was still an issue went back in and he seen that there was and not only fixed the issue but put a screen protector on it as a topper on the cake . Completely recommend Jackson and Elite mobile.

I was referred to Edis by a friend of mine who was interested in buying my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I shipped the phone from urbandale Iowa down to Waterloo (his location) and paid me right away for it and was super flexible and always responded on time. Have had a couple of different phones serviced here. Specifically had cracked screens replaced. They do excellent work quickly and are reasonably priced. I believe Jackson is who worked on my phone. Highly recommend.

I went and bought a phone which I really enjoy. It's also a really nice phone. The best part of my experience was I had trouble switching my number over to my new phone. The boss man called customer service for me and set up my phones service. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me because it was a lot more work than what he signed up for. They were friendly and very helpful. I definitely would go back to have something fixed or even buy another phone.
