This is such a beautiful place to unwind. We come her a couple of times a year. Clean, well-kept, modern cabins. Lots of trails. Fishing, boating, and swimming are always fun. The natural fed lake is good-sized, not too big. Water is fairly clear. It does tend to get windy at times, but overall, it's a great time! Highly recommended.

This was my first time visiting this location for bass fishing, and it was a pleasure. While the lake isn’t very large, it includes plenty of parking space, a mini beach/swimming area, and clean campgrounds. The parking for the campgrounds did seem a little clustered with for trucks with trailers or RV’s. However, I’m not sure that they have much room for expansion. In conclusion, I will definitely be returning for future fishing trips, as well as, looking into camping for the weekend.

Great little park, smaller lake, electric motor is the biggest you can run. The sites are nice with a decent amount of room on the sides. Some have good shade or right on the lake, levels seems mostly OK. A newer site area a little further in still has some maturing to do with its trees but does offer the most modern bathhouse along with a handicapped site right next to the bathhouse/bathrooms. A few fishing jetties/docks along the shore and a swimming area with a sand beach. Cell signal is hit or miss but works for text and basic data; I was getting alerts for heat and possible storms while there.

A hidden gem for local camping, hiking and fishing. Absolutely well kept--park staff are friendly and hard workers! The cabins are beautifully located by the lake and are a fantastic place to rent for a getaway from suburbia with your friends or family. Super clean and safe. Fun summer events too like movies and star gazing.

It has electricity & water but no sewer or dump station. Most sites are next or close to the water. And no wifi.. They have great showers/bathroom too!

Went out just a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Went hiking and kayaking, and the place is amazing. Well maintained and community and DNR alike take great pride and it shows!

Have been to other campgrounds in the surrounding area and this is by far the best of them all!

The park is very clean. You can tent camp or RV. The camping spots all looked very nice. I saw baths with shower. I didn't do any fishing but I did talk to several folks that have been fishing. They all said the bass fishing was very good. However I didn't see any bait shops. I don't think they allowed gas powered boats. But I did see some electric small boats. The lake itself isn't big enough for larger boats. I would highly recommend Willow Lake for a family day or camping.

This was a great park for us. We stayed 15 days. We requested one extra day (14 is their limit) for personal reasons and they were good enough to oblige us. This county park is very well maintained. The restrooms are very clean and modern. The beach is dragged daily. My grandkids went swimming there and loved it. I saw several people fishing, people kayaking, and boating. It's a small lake so electric motors only. They have several cabins that can be rented and a couple of shelter houses. We had water and 50 amp electric hook-ups at our level graveled site. I believe some of the older sites only had 30 amp electricity.
If there is a drawback, it is that they don't have their own dump station. You have to drive 5 miles to the nearest town where there is a free dump station. We needed to do that once during our 15 day stay. But overall, I was very impressed with this small county park!
