FCIS Insurance

We heard about FCIS through another travel trailer owner and decided to check them out. We were helped by 3 different agents over a few months switching our trailer and truck to new policies. Rochelle, Jake, and Josh were awesome! FCIS was able to find coverage for our vintage trailer and an agreed value policy which a was hard to do on our own! We put a lot of work into it and wanted to make sure it was covered in the event something happened. I would highly recommend FCIS for your insurance needs not only because they were so helpful, but also because they have very competitive pricing, and can find coverage for vintage travel trailers.

Outstanding customer service. My sales agent, Jenny, recommended a specific RV policy that was reasonably priced and explained everything about that policy. Very pleased with our decision to use FCIS Insurance and would highly recommend them to anyone insuring a RV.

I shopped for insurance last fall knowing Farmers was pulling out of my state in February 2024. I contacted five insurance companies to get quotes and to see who I felt most comfortable with. Caryn from FCIS was hands down the most knowledgeable and friendliest I spoke with. Today, (even tough a few dollars more) FCIS earned my business because of Caryn. Keep up the good work Caryn.

I had a date. I wanted to take my vw bus out on the last nice day before winter. There was an issue with my policy and long story short I worked with Mindy. She saw through from start to finish my insurance issue, helped me get it corrected in the nick of time so I could be on time for my date with my classic car. I am totally grateful for how thorough she was through the process, and this is why I’m writing this review. Outstanding experience. After seeing an alarming increase in my Winnebago RV rates I contacted FCIS through their partnership with Winnebago RV Insurance. Couldn't be more pleased with the result and the great customer support that Jennifer Christ provided us. She saved us a considerable amount without sacrificing coverage. Received excellent customer service through the FMCA RV Insurance Program. All questions were answered quickly and Bob Isbell gave tailored advice that was extremely helpful to me. Very pleased.

I just signed up for an RV Policy through FCIS Insurance's partnership with Winnebago RV Insurance. I was very impressed with the amount I saved in comparison with 2 other quotes I received! Bob Isbell, the Winnebago RV Insurance agent I worked with was great! He was very thorough in his explanations when I had any questions, and explained things in a manner that was easily understandable. We were looking for a better rate for our RV insurance coverage. We called the Winnebago RV Insurance number and talked with Bob Isbell. He was very helpful in finding us a good policy with a better rate and coverage than we previously had. He was very knowledgeable about RV insurance and answered all of our questions.
