Everything was good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is I don't drink soda, they serve the water in super small glasses and to get a refill you have to ask an employee. I had to get like 5 refills during my meal with the small water shot glasses, which was an inconvenience for me and the employee who had to get the refill. I'd recommend putting a water refill station in the lobby to make refills easier for the customers so they dont have to ask an employee to refill their small glass. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

When we find Stand Alone A&Ws, we stop. We could easily tell that this was the local hangout because the manager on duty was watching the locals pull in the lot and putting their favorites in. Our food was very good and the staff take pride in their restaurant.

Great place. I've been going there since I was a little kid in my dad's 59 Chevrolet. And they cam to your when you put your parking lights on

Great food at a reasonable price.

Food was hot and fresh. Prices are ok. If you ever do go to this place in Forest City Iowa then be sure to go during the day time, at night their parking lot lighting isn't the greatest, I feel sorry for the workers there on night shift for safety reasons.

So sad dining room wasn't open. But great food and I absolutely love the old fashioned root beer. We come from Oklahoma and have to eat there every year.

Great cheese curds!!! Drive through service is great but they don't ask cars to pull ahead if their order is not ready right away. The wait isn't usually long and well worth it. There is also inside dining.

Great Good! Great Traditional A&W Fare including Root Beer! No Dine in but there is Drive Up and Take Out! I'm from back east, no A&Ws left here, so this is a treat Everytime I visit Forest City, Iowa!

We had quick friendly service at 12 pm on a Sunday. That's amazing. Food was quickly delivered to us and was hot and good tasting. Definately will make the trip to Forest City for A&w again.

Great place for fast food and awesome service. The manager and employees are very friendly and very respectful to the customer. Great drive service through and comfy sitting area. Restrooms are very clean and the floor is cleaned often.
