Isaiah and his team at Schott Funeral home did such an amazing job helping us plan my mother's visitation and funeral. They were organized, easy to work with and extremely patient with us to make sure every detail was perfect. Their professionalism, knowledge and skill were top notch. My stepfather recently passed away in Texas. His wishes were to be buried in Forest City, Iowa at the family plots. Isaiah was absolutely amazing in helping us plan a long-distance funeral to the precise details that were requested. Spencer assisted at the church with the final details of the service and lunch reception that followed. Both Isaiah and Spencer were outstanding in their work and demonstrated care and compassion during our time of grief. On behalf of the family--THANK YOU!

They were excellent. Spencer took a really difficult time in my life, with a sudden passing of my fiance, and made everything very simple. He answered all my questions and walked my family and I through every step of the process. Even when he was unable to answer his phone, he made sure I had a fellow staff members number Incase I had questions.
