Athletico Physical Therapy - Forest City

This was my first experience with physical therapy. I was thoroughly evaluated by qualified staff who explained things very well and listened to my questions and comments.

I believe I'm better off for having physical therapy, not only in my targeted area of injury, but others such as balance, knee and leg strength. This will benefit me in the future. Thanks, Athletico!

Love this place. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist you for your needs. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs therapy. Garrett is awesome, explains everything to you and the girls are wonderful. I went in limping, came out walking very good. Gave me ideas to work on when I left. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I really liked that Paige and Jenna really helped me become stronger. I really feel like I grew a bond with them and enjoyed my first experience there. Thank you all for helping me get better so I can get back to wrestling

Excellent experience. I had a hip replacement - therapy was organized & progressive as I gained muscle strength & movement. Friendly & professional staff who listened & gave constructive critique & positive encouragement. Highly recommend Forest City Athletico to anyone needing physical therapy.

My experience with physical therapy isn't what I thought it would be...of course I didn't really know what to expect...lol
It turned out to be a fun time.. I'd go home exhausted!!! What a high!! I felt the endorphins kick in and I had never felt better ...I usually had Garret or Paige and they really know what they're doing! I would highly recommend them if you are ever in need of physical therapy?!

Treated very professionally by the PTA and the PT that I had over the month that I took treatment. I would definitely. Recommend Athletico for rehab purposes

An awesome staff that explained what we were doing and why, while making made me feel comfortable. They listened to my questions and concerns and were knowledgeable on all the answers.. I appreciated them all very much while on my journey to recovery!

I received excellent services at Forest City Athletico .The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. After having knee replacement surgery the staff helped me to regain strength and range of motion of my knee. They knew which exercises I needed and were able to change the exercises as I improved. I felt better after each session. The staff were very encouraging. I highly recommend Forest City Athletico! I am very thankful for them!

Week 3 after total knee replacement and am walking with no walker or cane. Don’t get me wrong, I am still working on my flexibility and some of the knee bends do hurt. But Gerald and Laura have been exceptional task masters. They are very supportive while gently pushing me to extend or stretching just a bit more. I have achieved this rapid recovery to this point because of Rehab with them. Eager to see where I’ll be at post op week 6

Week 7 and my knee is great. Gerald and Laura continue to be patient and supportive as I work on strength and balance. Their expertise has allowed me to be 100% happy that I had this surgery. I am looking forward to doing things I have not been able to do in years. Highly recommend this service

I was in need of rehabilitation after having a hip revision surgery. Once again, the crew at FC Athletico saw me through the process with Jenna as my lead coach and Paige, Laura, and Garrett assisting in attaining my goals of walking normally without pain. Their expertise, along with positively fun encouragement, got me through this very challenging time. Much gratitude for Team Athletico!

I can’t think of enough good to say about Athletico. Paige, Laura, Sylvia and Trish make this such a fun, friendly and……………”Oh my gosh my muscles hurt” place to go. They were always encouraging while still pushing you to do the very best you can……… plus a little more. I was nervous at first. But within a couple visits I felt very comfortable. Please give this group big KUDOS. You are so lucky to have a group of young women like Paige, Laura, Sylvia and Trish! They are the BEST!

The staff was very friendly in helping me regain my strength after knee replacement.

I injured my left knee at the end of April and was referred for physical therapy. Athletico Forest City welcomed me with opened arms and worked with me to get my knee healed up and mobile again without pain. They were knowledgeable, kind, and really fun to be around! Very professional business yet very fun! Thanks for all you did for me!

Went here for a very painful knee and in a month my knee feels like new. Friendly and knowledgeable staff almost makes P.T. fun. Almost! Thanks guys.....Bill

The staff was very friendly and caring! Always greeted me by name and worked out a plan to make my knee pain better.

Gerry and Paige were awesome to work with! They were very knowledgeable about the different exercises and how they would improve my injury. The water machine is also one of the best I have ever seen. That’s what I call high quality h2o.

I was understand at first, coming from Miami, but man, the staff here is impressive. I worked out with Jerry for my time there (about 8 weeks). He knew how to push me, and this was after a major surgical repair to the shoulder. My PT sessions were workouts, and that's a good thing for someone itching to get back in the gym.

Jenna & Paige were fantastic to work with.. Always explained things in detail
so I understood what was needed to be done. Always making sure that I was not in pain. I appreciated the encouragements in following the exercises that I needed to complete..All of this very professionally done yet they still gave you a feeling of personal care. I will highly recommend coming here..I have already got one of my friends to go to another location close to her..

Laura Hopperstad, Sylvia Fox, Jenna Hejlik, Paige Oleson have been a awesome and wonderful to work with. They all are amazing in their own way and helping me get back my mobility in a good way. Thank you all for helping me in this time of need. Truly blessed to have you all working with me to get me strong again. Keep up the great work I love working with you all it is definitely a joy being there doing my physical therapy.

I love working with u guys it was well worth it and I would refer you guys to any body very nice loving caring people who cares about your well being and your needs for with whatever u need physical therapy I have a joint disease and my joint in my knee is deteriorating and I've been having pain going through it my leg and my knee and I've been doing physical therapy and it has been well worth it and I'm so thankful that they were there to help me with this there's been rough times at work it hurts but you'll get through it I would suggest it to anybody
