Chance fixed my car up efficiently and very well, have had no problems with it since and im extremely grateful for his service! He was very understanding and helped me understand the process that would take place, super happy with my experience! would definitely recommend this place (especially chance!)

Within certain industries, it can be hard to find someone you can trust. Doctors, Dentists, Thulian Shamans, and of course - mechanics.

That's why I am grateful for the crew over there at Forest City Auto. Craig, Tyler, Jeremiah, and the rest. Good peeps. Honest. Good men... and thorough.

From giving my car a look-see from top to bottom at no cost, to same day service, to affordable work - they really have made me a happy customer each and every time.

It may be weird to say that I hope not to see them too often (who wants car trouble, right?). But if I have to see a mechanic, I am glad to have Forest City Auto on my side!

Helped me get on the road for a 11 hour car ride by switching to a good set of tires with no pre warning. They were there when I needed it. And that’s important and impressive.

FCA did exactly what I asked for unlike FC Crysler , where I took my truck in for a recall and they charged me over $100 for a scan and they said they needed to confirm the vehicle was I. Need of the recall, when that fact was already confirmed by Chrysler mailing me the recall. Just to line there pockets. FCA charges less than 1/2 the price of a scan at FC Chrysler.

Forest City Auto always takes great care of my car with any repairs it needs. gives excellent customer service and gives reasonable estimates that are within my budget. Nothing is worked on without an explanation, so no surprise costs.

Without a Volvo dealer in this area, Forest City Auto takes the challenge of doing repairs to my Volvos. They repaired our 2007 all-wheel drive system in 2019, which was later wrecked by a deer at Christmas. And replaced the alternator in our remaining 2010 (requiring the complete removal of the intake manifold system) during the coldest days of 2019. They discovered additional damage once disassembled requiring more parts. At that point, Forest City Auto offered us a "loaner" car which REALLY saved us! Thank you for great service and fair prices!

Will be back soon for more work. Very pleased.

This place is awesome. Took my car in for coolent leak and control arm replacement. Had it done the next day and even gave me a rental with no extra charge for the day. Lady at the front desk is super nice. Price is good

Forest City Auto was great to work with; their staff was very friendly and informative. Called on Monday and was able to get in at my earliest convenience. I was able to have a rental, but had my car done in the same day! I was super impressed, and would recommend them to anyone!

I'm not from here so I was a little worried about taking my car anywhere other than my guys back home. Forest City Auto took good care of my car and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!The customer service is top notch! I needed an oil change and they got me in pretty quick. They checked over my car and found I had a tear in my tire. They order tires for me and had my car good as new by the next day!

Wow this place was amazing! Me and my friend were on a road trip and went in for something minor and discovered a huge problem with my car and I probably needed to get a new car before continuing on my cross country road trip. They were so nice to us and explained everything about my car problems in ways I could have understood and were huge helps when I came to finding a new car in the area. They actually got us in contact with someone who we actually purchased a car from the same day! They saved us and saved our trip and we’re eternally grateful without their help. I will recommend them a thousand times over they’re all just such lovely people at this shop if you’re in the area or just passing through they’re definitely a safe place to take your car and they make the entire experience incredibly easy even in high stress situations like ours. Truly have nothing but love and appreciation for this business and their employees. So warm and welcoming and knowledgeable.

I needed tires fast. They set me up an appointment and got the tires put on. Very nice gals in the office and very friendly. Mechanic did a great job. Very happy with the work and tires. Will definitely be back.

Needed a new transmission put in my 2012 Acadia, Lorena got me in right away, with quick turn around time, excellent customer service!
